SuperAnnotate: User-Friendly, Fast, and Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used SuperAnnotate while working on RHLF tasks for a few companies, and I’ve consistently been impressed by how user-friendly the platform is. The UI is solid, the application feels performant, and it’s incredibly easy to get up to speed when starting new projects. I also like how the application is structured: I can switch between different projects quickly without getting lost. Overall, it’s been a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the application so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been helping me finish my AI side gigs, work on RLHF projects, and switch between different annotation tasks easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the simplicity of using SuperAnnotate very useful. It allows me to manage tasks comfortably, which makes me more efficient in my work. Additionally, it was very easy to set up initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only flaw is that sometimes if the connection is weak, it is slow.

I like how everything is organized in one place, which makes it easy to stay on track with the tasks I'm working on or haven't started yet. The platform has a clean, clear structure to it which makes the workflow feel smooth and consistent.

If you're new to annotation platforms like I was, you may feel a bit of a learning curve at first. It can take some time to get used to everything and to fully understand how and why things work the way that they do.

Streamlined Annotation with Easy Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the workflow you can build with SuperAnnotate. I can easily switch between tabs, which makes it easy to see the prompt and the response at the same time. The workflow is really easy, and it's pretty useful that I don't have to switch browser tabs to validate the factuality of a prompt response. I can simply go to the fact-checking tab and check whether a claim a model makes is supported. This is especially handy as I can run some AI models like Gemini or Perplexity directly. Compared to other annotation tools I’ve used, SuperAnnotate feels like a much more complete product. The platform's design, UI, and UX are better, and it’s more information-dense, so I don't have to scroll or switch as much. It really makes the workflow that much easier. The learning curve isn't too steep, and once you've done a few annotations, you really get the hang of it and can work much quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
When justifying the ranking of two responses, it would be more useful if the fields for each response were separate. This is because it leads to cross-pollination of reviews, and separating the fields would make it more useful, since LLM models tend to learn better when each response is independently reviewed. Also, the first annotation felt a little overwhelming due to the density of information.

SuperAnnotate ensures every field is filled correctly and not left blank, making annotations standardized and repeatable.

I like how SuperAnnotate makes evaluating AI responses simple and well-organized. It allows me to compare answers easily, score them, and give feedback. I also appreciate the strong quality control, with reviews and multiple annotators ensuring data consistency. Additionally, setting it up was pretty easy.

I think SuperAnnotate feels very usable. It's easy to digest information, and you can link sources quickly. I appreciate the ability to fact check using existing foundational models, which makes everything feel quite complete and in one place. The setup was really straightforward; I just had to register using my email, and it was pretty easy to onboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to copy and paste text from responses into the fields. There probably could be a better integrated kind of fact checking for their responses, which is particularly a pain if you're not a very specific expert in the area. I've got a feeling that you could do more kind of AI assessment of the answers you've done against the project guidelines.

SuperAnnotate lets me quickly annotate, tag, and add sources for reinforcement learning with human feedback. It's very usable, easy to digest information, and allows seamless workflow with quick source linking and fact-checking.

The initial setup was pretty straightforward.

One area that could be improved is making the value proposition feel more concrete and easier to understand at a glance. A clearer value proposition would come from showing exactly what SuperAnnotate helps customers do better, faster or with less risk.

What do you like best about the product?
SuperAnnotate helps me move through my tasks easily. It offers a lot of annotation tools that make the annotation process simple, and they’re always available when you need them. The features also make it easy to apply my ideas to tasks smoothly. I really loved it.

Sometimes interface get stucks, possibly due to my internet but refreshes soon.

Helps me easily annotate my tasks and has a clean, minimal interface that makes me comfortable throughout the tasking.

The UI is very simple and easy to follow, with no excessive buttons or anything else that could cause distractions. It keeps you focused on the work under your hand.

Sometimes the app feels really heavy, making it hard to load a page or complete a task.

One thing I like is that it helps me know where I can work, you know? I’m not being distracted by lots of websites and other stuff. Also, the verified submission makes sure the task is 100% ready to be delivered, so I don’t forget about anything.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SuperAnnotate to be extremely easy to use, especially when compared to other workflow websites I have encountered in the past. It's by far the easiest and most streamlined version I've used for my work. It’s easy to find everything I need, whether it’s different projects or the settings in my account. I can go between all the different labeled options and find what I’m looking for without any hassle. Everything's labeled in a very intuitive way, with its own section, and those tabs are handled well with an easy user experience flow. It's easy to track everything down I need to complete my work. It's all-inclusive for the type of work I do, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the tabs don't lead to exactly what I think they're going to whenever I click on them. Sometimes I'll go to look something up, and I realize I've clicked in the wrong section and have to backtrack, but those are extremely rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuperAnnotate is really easy to use compared to other workflow websites I've used. It's the easiest and most streamlined, making it simple to find everything I need, from projects to settings, and go between options effortlessly.
