What do you like best about the product?
My experience with SuperAnnotate’s assessment process was very positive. The review and evaluation were completed quickly, and the instructions provided throughout the tasks were clear, consistent, and well structured. I also appreciated how organized the platform felt: each step of the assessment was explained in a straightforward way, so I could focus on the work itself instead of spending time figuring out the interface. Overall, the process felt efficient, transparent, and thoughtfully designed, which made the entire experience smooth and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor challenge was that some steps in the onboarding and platform navigation required switching between different tools (such as the dashboard, Deel, and Discord). While the instructions were clear, a slightly more centralized workflow could make the process even smoother for new contributors.

Its ease of instructions and easy to maneuver platform. I also liked the straightforwardness of the instruction in completing the tasks which ensures understanding of tasks.

The problems Super Annotate is solving is helping ai output better quality output with less hallucinations and accurate data targeting grammar. This is helping me in various ways such as incentive wise and also ensuring that when using these ai's they provide reliable help to day to day users.

I really enjoy the responsiveness and aesthetic of the website. It is easy to use and quick when loading

I also found the initial setup to be very easy and straightforward, with our working schedule and tasks appearing on our homepage with ease.

One improvement I'd like to see is the ability to view a full history of tasks I've worked on, even after they've been submitted. Having a log of completed tasks would make it easier to track progress, review past work, and understand overall contribution across projects.

I value its seamless multimodal integration and robust quality control features. The customizable workflows allow for high-precision labeling in complex fields like physics, while the AI-powered automation significantly accelerates the evaluation process without sacrificing the accuracy my models require. I particularly enjoy the active learning loops and fine-grained permissioning. The ability to automatically surface high-uncertainty samples for human review ensures our physics and finance datasets are both accurate and cost-effective, while keeping sensitive data secure and organized. The setup was surprisingly straightforward. Connecting our AWS S3 buckets took minutes, and the Python SDK allowed us to automate project creation immediately. While the advanced multimodal workflows required some initial tuning, the platform’s pre-built templates significantly accelerated our launch. I would give it a 9 out of 10. It’s an essential, high-performance tool for anyone managing complex, multimodal AI projects.

I like SuperAnnotate because the environment is very easy to work around, making it easy for me to navigate the platform. It feels super easy to use, and I don't have trouble finding my way around.

I think, probably, when you try to log in, that's the major challenge I have in the first instance. So maybe that can be made much more easier.

I find it easy to look at different models of responses and provide feedback with limited stress.

I like that they are super active on the platform because there is always maintenance and they are always solving problems and updating their platform. It makes me feel like my voice is heard when I face a problem. So the team always solves it and updates the platform. It makes the platform valuable for me because it's super smooth, especially since they have tutorials and videos to guide you through.

It was slow, but it is fixed now.
