User-Friendly with Flexible Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find SuperAnnotate very simple to use, which makes my analysis work easier. The management team is friendly and supportive, which enhances my user experience. I appreciate that they pay well based on task availability. The initial setup was very easy, allowing me to get started without any hassles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks appear very occasionally. If they were more frequent, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through SuperAnnotate, I am able to understand new types of data and how to interpret it.
Fast, Reliable, and Bug-Free So Far
What do you like best about the product?
It’s been really fast and reliable for me so far, and I haven’t run into any bugs yet!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t noticed any downsides. It computes quickly and is consistently up and running whenever I need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me validate the annotator's QAs to LLMs in a streamlined way.
Flexible, User-Friendly UI for Easy Annotation Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the flexibility of the UI and how user friendly it is. I use superAnnotate to review annotated data and I can assess what I am reviewing easily
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, there is one functionality named "Verify Submission" situated at the header of the page to view its annotated data. Such header is too wide and would be nice if its wideness could be minimized a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuperAnnotate is solving the management, organization and feedback of the data it handles whether for annotations or reviewing. It helps me to view all the annotated in parallel on a single screen which makes my work effective. I have used other annotation platforms previously and the UI was a major issue, but with SuperAnnotate, the problem is of no existance.
Fast, Easy to Use, and Great Downtime Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
There's no lag upon using it. It's also convenient and easy to use, We've been using it for 2 years already. The notification of its downtime is also a huge plus. So, annotators are aware of when will be the downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't experienced problems yet within my shift.

It is already arranged per item so it's much faster and convenient.

I really like the combination of timely payments, excellent communication from support, and a professional working environment. The initial setup was also very seamless.

The messages provided are clear, and the paths to find the various elements are also clear, which makes everything essential and doesn't make you get lost. The initial installation was also super easy, everything very guided and straight to the point.
