Their templating engine is a super power for product teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really like their intuitive template engine, which is unified for all channels, and can handle complex logic too (loops, conditions). Moreover, there is versioning support so we can trace each and every change in templates and run experiments very easily. We also get a central repository of all channels at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like it if we could configure chat based responses to incoming messages on Whatsapp. Right now, we have built it in our code where we get responses via webhook from SuprSend and then write logic in code. If it was solved on SuprSend's platform it would have saved us that time and effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building and updating templates for different channels was simplified very much with SuprSend. Earlier we used to create every template through coding, which wasn't very ideal way as it took control from product teams. Moreover, to update any template with any kind of additional information we had to do it individually for each channel. Certainly not a very apt method for us. SuprSend's unified API solved this problem, as dependency on code is to just trigger the business event, and the product team manages the templates on all the channels. They have built a wonderful communication tool for companies of all size
Seamless SMS vendor integration with reduced time-to-live
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating with my SMS vendor was very quick, with no need for developer dependencies. We experimented with few templates, their template engine was quite responsive along with the option to dynamically update the template with saved brand information in the API call itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like them to add more vendors as one of our alternative vendor wasn't available for integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple notification channels and vendors, along with making room for fallback mechanisms in your system code is very resource consuming. Being a lean startup we didn't had the bandwidth to spread ourselves thin on secondary use cases. SuprSend's notification infrastructure was everything we could have asked for for centralising our notification stack. We integrated our SMS channel with their notification API.
Powerful app inbox native to our product
What do you like best about the product?
We generate a lot of cross-user activity notifications, which is important from the user engagement perspective. However, we can't nudge the users multiple times via email or web push. We implemented SuprSend's app inbox, which is super powerful and flexible. It was up and running on our website within days. Plus we got the capability of batching, and channel routing. Definitely a 10/ 10 notification infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a notification batching based on session activity, along with time-based batching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App inbox is a super important use case for our business, which SuprSend solved without any hiccups. They trump in build vs buy factor really well.
Saved too much development time and increased reliability
What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, I love that SuprSend made it incredibly easy for us to implement notifications and messaging into our platform. The integration process was a breeze and the SDKs were well-documented. We also appreciated the flexible App Inbox and simple, thoughtful APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a smooth experience so far....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Dhan, one of our main challenges was implementing a reliable and robust system for transactional and personalized engagement notifications. SuprSend has been a game changer for us in this aspect. With the ability to have fallback options for vendor failures and auto-routing, we can trust the system to handle the heavy load of trading and investment alerts. This has saved us a significant amount of developer bandwidth and allows us to focus on other critical areas of the platform.
Faster time to live with cross user notifications
What do you like best about the product?
Thinking that your whole notification system can be integrated and go live in 48 hours is insane. But SuprSend did just that. Moreover for our use case where a single trigger on cross-user activity sends out notifications to both the users, they did provide an easy method, and it could also be easily managed by non-devs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform is robust and does what it says. They have ability to create workflows from API itself, though it is not updated with the latest releases they made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"- Cross user notifications from singe trigger (activity by one user, send notification to another user)
- Building a reliable multi-channel notification system"

Flexible system to handle notifications the way we imagined
What do you like best about the product?
The agility and flexibility it provides is too good. We easily configured all our notification channels and set up an App Inbox in our app and website. This has been especially helpful in ensuring that our messages are delivered to our users in a timely manner, regardless of the channel they are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to download analytics in csv will be good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of notifications across multiple channels. We had built our own notification engine, and it was demanding a lot of features constantly. So we decided to build our notification engine on SuprSend. Creating notifications now and experimenting with them is very quick now, and it has freed up a lot of our dev's time. Another thing is the platform's ability to handle channel routing and vendor fallbacks. We have had instances in the past where our notifications failed and we were left scrambling to get it back up and running. With SuprSend, we no longer have to worry about such instances.
Best notification tool for marketplace
What do you like best about the product?
SuprSend has been a game-changer for us. As a marketplace that is scaling quickly, we were struggling to keep up with the complexity of our notifications, especially managing many different types of workflows. But with SuprSend, all that has changed. Our notification systems are now streamlined and more manageable, saving us valuable time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. The integration process was seamless and the SuprSend team was always available to help us with any questions we had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend's flexible app inbox and vendor fallback feature have been particularly useful for us. As a marketplace, we rely heavily on timely notifying influencers and companies with each other's activities. SuprSend has made these communications quite good with batching and channel routing, giving us the peace of mind that our notifications will always reach their intended recipients on right channel at right frequency. Plus, their documentation is easy to follow and their support team is quick to respond. All in all, we're really happy with our decision to work with SuprSend.

One central platform for all things notifications. Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
Being a scaling brand, we had a requirement to send notifications across cross-users. SuprSend made it super easy to control these cross-user notifications from a single trigger just by one API integration. The user interface was straightforward and made it simple to turn notifications on and off, switch vendors and test out new features. I like the real-time analytics and logging - they're super helpful for understanding what's going on and making data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to complain about. But there was a time when sending one-time campaigns was a bit of a hassle. But, I reached out to the team and they got on it right away. Now, we have a complete notification stack that covers everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend solved a big pain point for us by having all our notifications in one place. Our users have different notification preferences and SuprSend made it easy for us to manage them all in one spot. This not only saved us time, but it also improved the user experience and boosted our conversions. I'd highly recommend SuprSend to any marketplace company looking to streamline their notification process.
