One stop solution for all kinds of notifications
What do you like best about the product?
Creating new communications across all channels and triggering them with little to no effort from the developers is super. Gives a lot more control and independence to PMs to define the flow
What do you dislike about the product?
We had faced issues and delay in triggering mass notifications at a time to our entire customer base. The team developed an intelligent solution around that where we can bulk execute with one API with different user properties being picked directly from their Suprsend profiles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy and quick way to send communications across all channels and build it on top of your existing analytics platform. Seamless integration and prompt support allow for getting up and running with a superior user experience
Have reduced lot of dependancy on developer team
What do you like best about the product?
This is exactly what kind of product as a designer/product manager I was looking for in the market. I can compose my own notifications and emails and send them to my users without intervention from Developer. We have also set up seamless process for setting up transaction notifications on Suprsend. It's pretty much daily used product of ours. Very user friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few use cases that our team has suggested to Suprsend team, which will make it a complete product. But apart from that, I think it's super useful. The team is also prompt with any developer support we need during the usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they are helping companies to build notification systems very seamlessly. A lot of time at the company goes into managing notifications to different sets of users across multiple formats. A broken notification means broken communication, which in turn hurts your retention. And Suprsend is helping us solve that problem.
An excellent product for notifications
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, and makes it simple to start and stop notifications on all channels from one place. All the basic needs and complex nuances of notifications are solved out of the box, including batching, user preferences, backup vendors, and a reliable infrastructure. Real time logs and analytics is very helpful too. Team is building very relevant features super fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending one time campaigns was bit of a bummer some time back, as logic was still a part of the code. I shared with the team, and they quickly built a feature that lets you control the logic layer too. So it is a complete notification stack for our product now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are focused on doing one thing extremely well - notifications. We have loads of cross user activity notifications, and our users have their own preferences. SuprSend has made starting new notifications and experimenting with them super easy. Highly recommend it to companies where product notifications are critical part of business.
Seamless and Easy to integrate Notification Infrastructure
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility of every notification we push through suprsend is a fantastic feature. The visibility into notification logs and analytics is real-time so it helps us figure out issues with our notifications very quickly. The platform was extremely easy to integrate across all of our tech stacks and we were able to complete the entire integration in a couple of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wanted a way to run queries and execute notifications from suprsend platform itself, The team has recently developed Bifrost as a way to be able to do that by connecting to our database but we haven't explored that feature yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A seamless way to send multi-channel notifications, we were able to engage with users across multiple channels with zero code changes. The analytics, failure, and bounce reports also help us quickly understand which engagement methods are working best with our users
Effortless and powerful notification infrastructure!

2. Super simple integration and fast go live
3. Advanced notification experience e.g. grouping
4. Super useful in no code experiments using tools like Webflow (trigger via Zapier!)
5. User preferences management
6. Amazing highly committed team!

What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike but more customisations in the data reporting dashboard will be helpful for PMs to track performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend takes over the headache of building, managing and scaling your notification infrastructure (e.g. transaction confirmations, critical updates, etc.) while helping take a clear step jump in terms of the notification experience for end users!

3. Very detail analytics
4. Error reporting and real time logs has increased deliverability

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot edit template name, or archive a template. With time, there are so many templates created. Team is saying they will work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our product notifications were setup on SuprSend in no time. I am able to put conditions and logics in templates and workflows without involving developers, and I am able to schedule multi-channel notifications just by writing SQL queries on top of database. With the ease of experimentation, and auto-routing between channels, we are constantly seeing improvements in user engagement.
Focus on your business use case while Suprsend takes care of Notification
What do you like best about the product?
Design can customize customer notification needs rather than tech developing the templates every-time (for the same data set) and making it live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to provide to our end customers for configuring their notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifications is no more part of SDLC process, obviously barring the first time integration
I recently started using SuprSend for my product notification infrastructure. Makes things easy.
What do you like best about the product?
SuprSend is super easy to use. Even though I'm not a tech-savvy person, I was able to quickly get the hang of it. The setup process was a breeze and the user interface is clear and intuitive. I also appreciate the helpful customer support team who are always quick to respond and easily able to help me out with any issues I have.
The features of SuprSend are really great. It's great to have the flexibility to customize notifications and set up automated emails. I've found that the automated emails are really effective in helping me reach my target audience.
All in all, I'm really happy with SuprSend. It's been a great help in improving my product's notification infrastructure, and I would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

What do you dislike about the product?
They are in starting phase currently, and hence the product features are being added continuously. Although the team is very supportive, especially Gaurav who helped us setup our stack right from beginning. For anyone, looking to bring in the notification stack, contact Gaurav, he'll be very helpful during scale-up.

Best notifications tool for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Last year I coded 4 sstartup MVPs from scratch and Suprsend made a difference between spending a week setting up notifications and spending 1 day. With suprsend I can spend more time writing business logic and less time configuring boring stuff
What do you dislike about the product?
I would enjoy having more analytic features like A/B testing to measure and compare the performance of notifications across different notification channels
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Suprsend is soling a problem of setting up and managing notifications infrastructure. Imagine if you can setup notification once and then forget about it forever. You wanna change something? No problem, do it right from UI. Now you don't need developers to configure notification and changing notifications channels
Notifications/User communications architecture solved once and for all!
What do you like best about the product?
1. If you want to build the right notification architecture for your platform, it can be a very time-consuming and resource-heavy project. SuprSend is simply plug and play. Also, you don't need to worry about scaling at peaks.
2. Able to run AB experiments with notification content without tech intervention
3. Finally able to avoid spamming users. Most orgs tend to use all channels each time they want to notify users. Here you can define the mandatory channels and the system automatically decides on other channels only if the user has not seen the notification in mandatory channels. Amazing for cost optimisation at scale and to avoid spamming.
4. The team is extremely responsive. We were able to create a slack group for them and it's so easy to reach out, and schedule calls in real-time with them whenever needed.
I can't stress this one enough but ZERO/minimal tech dependency is so powerful for our product managers and content team. Design and send transactional notifications, run experiments and so on.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm in love with this product so much that I'm becoming greedy for features. Would love for it to have DB connectors, telegram integrations and so on. I know it's in their roadmap though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Notifications architecture scaling (both in terms of infrastructure and human resources)
2. AB testing notifications content without tech dependency
3. Avoid spamming users (Suprsend figures out channels based on user behaviour and you can define mandatory channels if needed)
4. WYSIWYG transactional notifications design
