Powerful NaaS platform for personalized notifications

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using SuprSend for the past few months to manage our multi-channel notification system, and we're impressed!

Suprsend has been a game-changer for managing notifications. We used to juggle different platforms for email, Slack, etc.

Now everything is under one roof, making it much easier to create, schedule, and track notifications.

Would recommend to other businesses? Absolutely!
What do you dislike about the product?
While SuprSend is user-friendly overall, there was a slight learning curve initially for our team to get familiar with all the features and functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage all our notifications under one roof and makes it easy to keep track of all of them. Their customization and personalization functionalities are also super helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
- Workflows and template creation is straight forward which involves less development effort
- Team is very quick in responding to the queries
- Multi tenant support
- Developer Documentation is good
What do you dislike about the product?
- The onboarding could have been better with detailed information of whom to reach out in the beginning itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tech team is not involved in any of the templates maintainence.
Debugging of failures is easy as everything is available on dashboard. This saves a lots of time especially with the environment that we work on.

Low cost maintenance without any added developer dependency

What do you like best about the product?
Building a notification system is one thing, and maintaining it while also scaling as per requirements is another. The former one might be easy but maintaining it requires a lot of developer resources. With SuprSend we don't need to worry, as all the work is done by Gaurav and their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of coding headless components, they could simply give it in their front end, so any product people can put values directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wonderful team, with great execution on notification part. App inbox is fully robust and can scale very well with high usage.

Integration with data warehouse is very helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Data can be automatically fetched from Mixpanel and notifications triggered based on that. It has saved so much headache for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integration platforms would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating workflows with automated event triggers by writing SQL queries has been game changer for us. SuprSend made our notification system smart and automated, with real time visibility on logs.

Template approval got faster and easier with SuprSend automation

What do you like best about the product?
The automated template approval process provided by SuprSend has been a huge time-saver for us. Previously, we had to manually approve each template, which was time-consuming and often led to delays in our notification process. With this feature, templates are automatically approved, which has greatly streamlined our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor downside is that we had to spend some time configuring the system to meet our specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automated template approval process is solving the problem of manual approval that we were facing with our previous system. With this feature, we can now send notifications more quickly and efficiently, without the need for time-consuming manual approvals. This has helped us to improve our overall notification process and has allowed us to be more responsive to our users' needs. Additionally, this feature has freed up time for our team to focus on other critical tasks, which is a major benefit in a fast-paced environment like ours.

Their template engine is highly customisable and can be operated directly from front end saving our time, while product team works on that.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have good support, though some of the common questions can be covered in their docs itself.

Much of devs work are now easily done by product teams, freeing our time for more important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
As we rapidly added new users to our platform, we were experiencing a new phenomenon of encountering diverse use cases for notifying them about specific things. Since coding it in our notifications would have made it less flexible for product managers, we decided to ship with SuprSend's notification stack. My team created multiple workflows just in hours, and the best part, they got deployed successfully, with very little devs involvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the workflows to support multi-step journey. It would save us from making multiple workflows with the same event trigger
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SuprSend helped us to provide flexibility for our notification usecases. We do not go to engineers for editing notifications, analytics, or even for debugging. A great templating engine that supports personalization.

What do you like best about the product?
Being in an finance and investment space, it's crucial for us to make sure that our notifications reach the desired customers. SuprSend's visibility feature is a god-send with real time tracking and visibility. From a single platform, our team can easily check the notification logs along with any errors if any.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SuprSend had a more user-friendly interface for setting up notifications. It can be a bit confusing at first, and it took us some time to get everything set up the way we wanted it. But once we got the hang of it, it's been smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our biggest challenges at our organisation was keeping track of all the different channels we use to communicate with our customers. With SuprSend, we can easily manage all of our notifications in one place, without having to worry about manually monitoring each channel. This has saved us a ton of time and hassle, and has allowed us to focus more on improving our product and customer experience.
