What do you like best about the product?
- lets me, as a tech founder, have full control over all outbound communication to my customers
- was very easy to integrate for my developers
- the suprsend team is super helpful and responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is slightly hard to navigate around, but its still workable and does the job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it very easy to target my customers omni-channel, and provides flexibility to change the notification triggers on a per user basis.

Powerful platform with great support

What do you like best about the product?
Suprsend has helped us take care of the notification infra needs for our SaaS product pretty well, they support a lot of channels. We've been using them close to a year now, across multiple products. Good documentation, even better support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing notifications aren't as powerful as other platforms, though they're continuing to improve on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to send our product notifications out through email, slack and web. Building this internally would have taken a lot of our bandwidth, we saved weeks on dev time thanks to this.

Vendor management is quite streamlined on SuprSend

What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple vendors from a single platform is great. We just needed to put the keys on their dashboard, and we were connected with the vendors, ready for sending notifications. No need to code anything there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more vendor support would be nice. If they can get them too, it would be best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendor management was an essential feature for us as we were sending a high volume notifications, and were hitting limit rates for providers. Hence, there was a need for multiple vendor for us. SuprSend API provided this feature quite seamlessly.

Best in class preference management module

What do you like best about the product?
Us being a management tool for schools, meant that there were a lot of notifications going out to our customers. Now as we solve for multiple use cases and have too many modules, there were naturally a lot of different types of notifications with varying degree of importance too. Our customers were requesting for a preference management solution so they could unsubscribe from notifications they didn't find important. There were also requests for sending a few notifications immediately and others as digests. SuprSend's inbox notifications along with preference management system provided us with a quick go-to-market solution without writing code. We compared SuprSend with other tools, and some of them were missing multi-tenant notification preferences, and others were providing only APIs, we fould only SuprSend's solution to be complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, we got things delivered as promised. A little delay was there then the original estimated time, though it was still very quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their preference management solution is of top-notch quality. Our customers, their internal and external stakeholders can opt-in / opt-out of notifications from a simple UI, making it a strong value prop for our product.

Got real-time visibility of our notification status with central webhook integration

What do you like best about the product?
Webhook based real-time updates available. That's one of the key things that is needed to streamline your product based on user engagement. We don't need to create that infra at our level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to complain about the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics is a much needed feature for our use case for keeping the customers continuously engaged. Our initial notification system wasn't able to provide accurate analytics, which was resolved with SuprSend.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the APIs. They are simple and intuitive to work with. They also have great customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
Analysing notification data on the platform is a little hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We build a lot of features wherein the initial or the final step is just, "the user should get notified". And in our codebase, it is just one extra line of code or one tweak in the configuration.

RCA can be done directly by product managers now

What do you like best about the product?
SuprSend has a good analytics and logs engine, showing all the notifications at overall and user level. One good change this has brought to us is that now my fellow PM friend does the RCA work related to notifications directly from SuprSend. I don't need to be engaged in this work, which takes time due to its nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logs could be more elaborated to include final rendered content, so we also see what exact content went to our customers

Visibility into failed notifications has suddenly opened up.

What do you like best about the product?
Observability in our notification systems had been one of the complex tasks for our engineering team. There are too much hassles involved here, which SuprSend abstracted away. A simple and powerful tool with robust observability features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, we had requested a way to export logs to our platform which they have implemented now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good product with great observability features.

User experience for multi-tenants is much better now for us

What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of customers, and we send notifications to our customers (including admins and employees) and their third party stakeholders. They by-default need a white-labelled solution. And requirement of customization and therefore margin of error in handling multi-tenant templating systems in code is very high. That's why we went ahead with SuprSend becuase their multi-tenancy feature was one of the most matured functionality among other similar tools. And everything is available on front-end, so chances of error in visual elements is lower too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Robust multi-tenant functionality is present, it's enough for our use-case currently. It takes a bit of learning curve to know all the offerings they have, but once you use the platform it becomes easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While comparing with other similar providers during our internal benchmarking phase, we came across few more tools. They were good, but we went ahead with SuprSend becuase of their matured multi-tenant functionality as compared to the other two.

What do you like best about the product?
SuprSend takes the pain out of building and managing notifications across multiple channels, products, and teams. We were constantly required to do feature development in notification service, which every company must do. SuprSend is solving the right problem.
Swift and high-quality customer support. I'm unsure if we would have gotten this quick service from mid-to-large-sized notifications SaaS companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if their documentation could contain more examples of customization in in-app inboxes. Have told this to their team, and I'm sure they will get this added soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implemented a full-fledged custom looking in-app inbox within a day. Super easy and super fast to add new notifications.
