Out-of-box inbox functionality is superb

  • November 20, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
SuprSend's React inbox literally saved more than 3 weeks of my team's developmental efforts which would have gone on to build it internally. All the backend implementation, front end designs, types of inbox messages with custom click handlers, is provided out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons as such, but if they can support different team roles on their side, it would be remove more code from our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real time in-app inbox with custom properties coupled with batching support is an amazing out-of-box feature that every B2B company can implement.

SuprSend freed me from multiple template management in code

  • November 20, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the product teams are now solely responsible for the template management, which previously used to be on the developer's plate as all the iterations needed to be done in the code itself. With SuprSend, the product teams now have the functionality of UI-based template management.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are good, haven't found any particular issues as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perfect for saving time for developers who are burdened with constant template management & iterations especially when there are hundreds of them.

Highly configurable notification stack, easy to setup

  • May 23, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to integrate notifications into our system. As a developer, I appreciate the ease of setup, with SDKs readily available, documentation that is easy to understand, and quick support that ensures we get up and running fast. Additionally, the flexible App Inbox has been a great way for us to keep our users engaged with our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more integration with other data source platforms. They have integrations with Mixpanel and Segment right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrating SuprSend's SDK once in code, and the rest of configurations are easily possible on their intuitive dashboard. Devs are not involved in template management anymore. Plus the platform has extremely capabilities that we didn't have to build in-house, like vendor fallback, channel routing, batching notifications, app inbox

Cool platform and extensive template functionality

  • May 23, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being a customer focussed company, we really needed the notifications to look slick while also getting delivered in time. SuprSend's templating feature answers to all those.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I found a bit frustrating is that I have to copy paste same content across multiple channels in their template group. If the content can be re-used nothing like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, I'm constantly thinking about how to make our communications more effective and engaging for our users. SuprSend is helping us do just that by providing a simple and efficient way to send notifications to our users. The ability to customize our templates means we can maintain a consistent brand look and feel, which helps to build trust and recognition with our users. Overall, SuprSend is saving me time and effort, which allows me to focus on other core features.

Very little coding required for setting a full-fledged notification infrastructure

  • May 23, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I remember how engineers were coding for days just to get the notifications ready with templates and testing. It was a difficult and time consuming process. Loved how SuprSend just in one go, made everything hassle-free, no more coding needed on template the hygiene part.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have requested for Read All and Archive capabilities in the App Inbox. The team said they are working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At OWN, keeping users informed about their progress and rewards is critical to our success. SuprSend's robust features and easy integration have helped us deliver timely and targeted notifications to our users, leading to increased engagement and overall satisfaction. The value that SuprSend brings to our platform is immeasurable, and I highly recommend it to any team looking for a top-notch notification solution.

A comprehensive communication platform for our product notifications

  • May 23, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using SuprSend for around 6 months now and I'm blown away by how seamless and efficient it has made our communication processes. The ability to switch vendors easily has saved us so much time and resources. The all-in-one platform for all communications has made it so much easier for us to manage our notifications and keep track of user activity across channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any major dislikes with SuprSend yet. The support team has been quick and knowledgeable whenever I had any questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product person, I have to keep track of multiple things, and keeping our communications in order was becoming a hassle. SuprSend has solved that problem for us. With its centralized platform, it has made it easier for us to start and stop notifications, and manage all of our communications in one place. This has saved us so much time and allowed us to focus on more pressing issues. The real-time logs and alerts on failure have also been a game-changer, allowing us to quickly resolve any issues that arise.

Overall, I am very pleased with SuprSend and would highly recommend it to any other startups looking to streamline their communication processes.

Added slack and app inbox channel with multiple templates in 1 day.

  • April 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We originally had email notifications, but there was a constant customer request to add new channels. We decided to go for slack and app inbox notification channel, which got added in just 1 day. We created workflows, segmented users on queries, their template engine was robust, integrated our providers using the API key, and ran messages in sync with other channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific, the product is well made. Frequent developments are going with feature requests, but that's with every startup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding new channels in our initial notification module was sort of not our focus, as our product was scaling and needed our efforts there. Hence we were looking for a plug-and-play tool, which could basically do these tasks with a fallback mechanism in place. Needless to say, the ease of administration for SuprSend made overall work easier for our development team.

Smoothly sending alerts to your end users on a variety of platforms with ease.

  • April 28, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using SuprSend for about 9 months now, and I must say, it's been a game-changer for our communication processes. It's incredibly efficient and seamless, making our job so much easier. One of the things that impressed me the most was the ability to switch vendors without any hassle. This saved us a lot of time and resources, which we could use to focus on other important tasks. Moreover segmentation over workflows made it easier to target specific groups based on different use cases with just a single API call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would recommend adding stable features on new feature launches. Found some bugs, which were reported to their team, and they were able to fix them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who has to keep track of multiple things, I know how challenging it can be to manage communications which is a productivity task. SuprSend has taken that burden off our shoulders and provided us with a centralized platform that makes our job easier. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with SuprSend and would highly recommend it to any startups looking to streamline their notification infrastructure.

Great for setting push notifications in no time with the workflow creation

  • April 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Our initial notification module was developer heavy, and took time. SuprSend easily replaced our transactional notifications module particularly for push notifications with their Java and React SDKs. Top of that we also did Segment integration in no time with just the API key. Definitely ease of admin is there saving development resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more of providers in the push notification category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling notification infrastructure is hard. Creating triggers and workflows, managing templates, then hoping provider doesn't default in our serving regions, it's tricky. SuprSend helped us manage everything out of the box, while also doing some customisations for our need in push and SMS notifications.
