What do you like best about the product?
CSAT and Konwoledge Base. I really like this tool because it was really easy to start with. The chat workflow is also very nice to use because it was really linear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge base after creating some articles seems not that personalized. Unfortunatelly I couldn't change the html of it and the text sometimes was bugging a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was alright -seriosly. Your support is okay nevertheless it would be better if you would have somebody speaking in polish.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for managing accounts and consolidating all information in a centralized location. One of the aspects I truly appreciate is its vast array of automation capabilities through workflows, which offer nearly limitless possibilities. Moreover, the platform's customizable features enhance its usability, allowing users to tailor it to their specific needs. Additionally, the quality of the support provided is great, demonstrating a commitment to assisting users effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it excels in several areas, there are a few features that are noticeably absent from the tool. Furthermore, there is a perceived delay in developing requested features from the community, which can be frustrating at times. It's worth noting that when it comes to serving as a customer success tool, there may be more suitable software options available that cater specifically to the needs of CS teams, offering a more optimized experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's incredibly convenient to have a centralized platform for managing all accounts, enabling easy access to information from various departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. By consolidating information from different teams, the tool facilitates cross-functional communication, streamlines workflows, and enhances overall efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it so easy to keep everything organised and in one place. Merging tickets and contacts is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications for livechats coming in are not as obvious as they should be, leading to chats getting missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our CX team to help customers who get in touch through a variety of means such as email, call and livechat. With hubspot service hub we are able to keep everything in one place easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy to use and that I can generate reports as well as access all kinds of analytical information that wouldn't otherwise be available to me. I can also assess my teams KPIs which is really helpful

Once an email is sent it is a bit tricky to find for example if its a few months old. Besides that I have no trouble whatsaoever. At times it is hard ti manually delete duplicate contacts as wel

We basically didn't have a way to manage and track the teams KPIs. We tried doing so on front but now it is more easier and managable especially with the analytical information mentioned earlier

The best part is there dashboard and analytics part, we can easy compare our team work in one click.it help us to see productivity level of every employee.

The automation level of hubspot is too good as compared to there competitors.

I don't think there is any point to dislike .

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using hun spot service hun is having the data at your fingertips. Exploring ways in which to pull reports and to be able to use your own details to generic templates and the customisation is paramount.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often because there is so much you can do it is understanding exactly what is there and not missing an important feature which would have sped up the process or deepend the intel it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to analyse feedback from customers at an overarching level- like a dashboard but also deepening and understanding the narrative behind comments in a visual way.

Sometimes if you change a status too quick after a response, the system will change the status back to something else.

Making all jobs easily accessable and we can allocate to where each job needs to be

What do you like best about the product?
The usability is mostly the best thing, the quick responses from the help teams also. This helps teams get on the best that they can with minimal effort. The colour scheme is also very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit clunky, the search function has a lot to improve upon and the metrics need some tinkering. GDPR access requests could also be a bit easier to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large workflow with very few occupants. And managing customer data whilst not having to use personal programs spread across multiple machines in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
The academy courses! It's been super helpful to know that besides the content-rich Help Page, I can join any course and learn my way around the Service Hub. Also, I appreciate the extra fast support and friendly customer reps!
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the dislike side, I'm still in the process of exploring various options and acquiring proficiency. At this point, I don't have specific criticisms to offer, but I'm dedicated to fully understanding the subject matter in order to provide insightful and constructive feedback for improvement in the future.
