Simple and user-friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is gathered in one place and it is very easy to keep track of customer follow-up. I am especially pleased with the auto-generated tasks, templates, deals, and activity logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were possible to integrate deals with activity logging even more. In some cases, there is a bit of double logging in the system that I would like to avoid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as our CRM system and it helps us keep track of both new and existing customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how many different teams can collaborate together using just one app, Hubspot, to manage customers and do much more! Ticketing system, help center, analytics, mailing lists - it's all there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding a certain setting can be confusing, but their help center is great so I can live with that. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is having one database around customers in one app - this way it's easier to make sure that no info went missing, everyone is on the same page and customers have a better overall experience when working with our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Tickets very helpful, as well as the possibility to connect chat conversations with the Ticketing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tickets are not directly editable - I cannot send a response directly from a Ticket. I would like to be able to send emails and update tickets from the Ticket view, similar to how is being done in Zendesk for example.
Second - the first-time response measurement is not correct as it also counts out of business hours.
Inbox working space can be much more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in managing incoming user requests, communications and education and onboarding customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The way we are able to use our own integrations with HubSpot had helped us reach an efficiency we have never before had. We use HubSpot on a day-to-day, auction-to-auction basis, and it has helped us communicate with our client basis more effectively.

We use the Deals, Tickets, and Contacts to manage our various clientele effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we have seen is the time it takes for community suggestions to be implemened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we have solved is how we handle our auction registrations. Since setting up our integration, we can see new customers as they interact with our online platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Service Hub is perfect for receving and answering tickets. It's easy to understand, personalisable, and allows you to understand at a glance what you have done and what you still need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that usually, unless you refresh the page you are on, the pipelines don't update themselves. It's not a huge issue, but it could be improved, certainly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Serice Hub allows me to answer tickets in perfect order, and without ever forgetting or losing one to poor organisation. It's miles better than using your email, as it gets too confusing and cluttered.

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything, but especially the tool of being able to create a task and facilitating my work in all its channels
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the only part I still don't quite understand are the automatic tickets. But not is a big deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact of leaving everything registered, emails and calls, tickets and tasks. Especially for me, who have attention deficit, it helps me immensely.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that chatting and email are integrated in the same overview of one ticket is great. It really helps to keep an overview and speed up resolution as you can reply via email when the chat started a while ago. This is especially handy with chatting with different timezones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit challenging to get everything shown well in our reporting page. Also the fact that you don't have a pending option can prolong the "open" phase of a ticket but is in general not really an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us with chatting on our own website and getting the right information to the right marketing leads. This in a faster way as it's self servicing via a chatbot!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the collaborativeness of it and the insight I have to other people working alongside be. Also the user interface is tip top!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only downside really is the reporting, I do not think it as streamlined and accurate as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative working and all the information and contacts in one spot. I love that I barely have to use anything else.

What do you like best about the product?
It recently integrated Whatsapp Business as part of the suite and this has helped us to improve the way we communicate with out customers using Whatsapp. Looking forward to see how this product evolves.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes miss more capabilities to build around workflows and Service Hub. I would be also great if it could add better filtering options when managing Whatsapp conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we adopted service hub, we were looking for an option to improve how we communicate with out customers using Whatsapp. We had different options on the table and decided to test the beta launched by Hubspot. I think there are still improvements that can be done in terms of filtering conversations and granting permission to initiate this kind of conversations (it is very manual at the moment).
