Lightweight and simple without sacrificing functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Service Hub makes managing and tracking your clients' entire lifecycle simple and reliable. Service Hub works smoothly with HubSpot's sales and marketing offerings to ensure that all client interactions are tracked and managed through their lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Service Hub is that there is not a simple, native way to migrate ticket history from other services (ex. Zendesk) and associate them with clients. For the best experience with Service Hub for ticket management, start with Service Hub from the start of your process development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Hub solves the problem of needing to store client requests, training, issues, and communications all in one place. Additionally, our entire ICS team can access the client records and history, making handoffs seamless and pain free.

Everything in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Service Hub is great for having all customer support requests in one place! Team members can see each other's work and step in when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to save email templates in the conversations inbox to reply to commonly asked questions quickly. If this exists, help me find it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Knowledge Base has been instrumental in bringing help to our customers. We are empowering them to answer their questions before contacting the support team.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to pull CRM reports for my client. I'm able to evaluate our outreach efforts and keep tabs on our communications. We're also able to link Hubspot with our employees' email accounts to seamlessly track their messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has so many features, sometimes I worry I'm not using it to its fullest power.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to manage our customer records, communicate with clients and build engagement paths for customers. We can easily track our efforts to be sure we're heading the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely easy to navigate and use. Hubspot customer service is always there and is super friendly and helpful!
I love all of the capabilities and functions that hubspot offers!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides in my opinion other than some customizations that could be offered.

Seamless program with a lot of features

What do you like best about the product?
I love the task reminders. It's really helpful for keeping up actively with tickets and customer follow up. The tools for organization within the task feature are great as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the ticket page can be cluttered and confusing. There are too many different areas with information and I think it could help to consolidate it a little bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps to keep our team on track with a high volume of questions and follow-up that is needed to ensure issue resolution with our customers. It gives an opportunity for our homeowners to report issues as well as our team to report issues and connects the homeowner to the business.

Service Hub for Startups

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Service is a very user friendly module to the Hubspot Ecosystem. We built a ticketing and Knowledge base system in a short amount of time. With how fast we move as a startup, the integrations with service hub has been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
As connected as everything is, there are clear spots where different dev teams tackled different parts, I would love to see closer integration with the webpage creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us communicate with our customers that have questions. It is also a great way to build a self service training journey with the Knowledge Base

Chatbot on whatsapp is so urgent in our company, and massive messages on that app, because has so much marketing profit

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot works great for managing client questions and issues. The ticket workflows make managing all conversations a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only critique would be notification inconsistencies. Sometimes I don't receive notifications for customer responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot centralizes customer communication to keep organization-wide transparency.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! Hubspot is great right out of the box, but is sophisticated enough to have grown with us over the past 18 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love even more customization - specifically the ability to edit the Knowledge Base via CSS/HMTL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single solution for Help content & ticket management that integrates into the rest of our customer-facing tech stack!

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly, not too complicated, clean design. It structures articles so that you can convey your information effectively. I have not worked with any other comparable program before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to have more autonomy with creating the layout of our service hub page. We have additional needs / uses that we would like to include in the service hub but the way that the categories/articles are tiered and the limited layout options holds us back from creating the full experience we want to make for our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Hub allows us to have all of our information about how to use our products in one place for our customers. All of our content and collateral is funneled into the Service Hub, so we only need to direct customers to one locations for support.
