HubSpot is sooooo User Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot is so easy to learn and that it seems to anticipate my needs and show me new options before I realize I want or need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still struggle to get the feedback surveys sent to the correct groups of people and then continue to resend until I get a response. I think this is more data and user error than a system issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want HubSpot to help create an EPI to my specific platform so we can push data in both directions.

What do you like best about the product?
You can place the email on review or wait for the department, which helps with the workflow; we can keep track of duties; also, when the tickets are New, we can follow up on requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the ticket gets closed is hard to find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The follow-up emails by having a field to have the email on hold. With a regular email, I will need to red flag the email and then look for it on the mailbox with Hubspot. The emails are visual at all times, and one click away.

Robust and user-friendly CRM platform

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a fairly robust platform which supports our business in storing client and prospecting information as well as managing and communicating with our contacts. The platform is built for team collaboration and makes it easy to share ownership over accounts or pass them from one person to the next. This helps us provide continuity of services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are a little counter-intuitive - particularly on the reporting side. The reporting side of HubSpot is pretty extensive, but since it is all based on record properties, it can be more difficult at times to create the desired output than it would be in the graph creator on Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it easy for us to store long-term and extensive records of our clients and prospects so that we can collaborate as a team. This helps to eliminate gaps in knowledge and makes it easier for new team members to pick up accounts or tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most significant benefits I've found is the responsiveness of HubSpot Support and its robust knowledge base. I find most of the automation features very useful also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see additional functionality with customer surveying, and it feels one basic functionality is missing regarding automated 'response' type emails. Other clients allow you to send a "We've received your email and have created ticket XXXX" with the ability to add additional context for self-help resources and expected wait times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a robust connection between all of our business channels where we can keep marketing, sales, support, and Success all in line with one another. Not only can we keep accurate customer interactions in one place, we can also automate and make sure our touch points and follow-ups are on point.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub has so many bells and whistles available allowing for maximum CRM system customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
A "help" feature/function would allow for additional assistance on how to best maximize the product.

HubSpot Service Hub provides a centralized inbox and ticketing system.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy and user-friendly it is to create emails and surveys. I never had to watch tutorials to learn how to use the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the same time that is easy to design, it is very "squared". I cannot include different graphics or personalize the email too much. It would be helpfull if I could include more organic graphics in the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful on creating and filtering recipients lists. Also, the analytics are great.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows us to manage out clients communications with ease. Everything is organized and easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that has hindered us or not allowed our workflow to run smoothly.

Service Hub is solving our prior workflow issues when it comes to managing client accounts and answering service tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
The Service Hub has been a great tool for our business and our partners. While our internal teams use HubSpot daily, the communication out to our clients has been invaluable and the integrations help facilitate our relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the verbiage is different than other CRM systems but it's easy to overcome and it isn't that big of an issue when you look at the bigger picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing all of our team members to work in cohesion and solve our client's issues quicker with less communication gaps. It's been an invaluable asset to our team and company.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep my clients information stored and easy to reference, helping with making by job more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, not a lot to unpack here. I tend to see what's more valuable in the solutions I use, so, with Hubspot I mostly see upside.

Making my clients and myself accountable with those commitments we make each other.
