What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about service Hub:

1. Very easy to set up
2. The chat flow feature has a lot of good and useful integrations
3. SLA setup is also very seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have some more features, similar to the intercom, such as integration with tools like user pilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us in solving our customer/prospects problems faster with having everything at one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I like how easy the HubSpot Service Hub is to use. It has helped my department cut down on unnecessary waste of time trying to get information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one thing that I can think of that I dislike about Service Hub
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us put all the information in one spot. We know now where to look for the information, and we are all on the same page. We are saving time and that has allowed us to be more proficient.

A Next Level CRM

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is not just any CRM. It helps with crafting a customer experience that is valuable to all members of our company. I have used other CRMs in the past, and HubSpot takes the cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly the most frusterating thing I have come accross is the Knowledge Base. I am unable to put HTML aref links for a phone number or an email. I have to use a regular link, and that doesn't work because it will just redirect when a user clicks on it, instead of actually just calling the number. Another issue is the lack of design for the header. The Hero section is customizable, but the header section should be able to have its own design (ex: Black menu bar, or white menu bar, or same color as Hero section)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot for all of the purposes listed. I have not had any issues besides the issue with the Knowledge Base. My biggest gripe is the lack of adding our support number and support email to the top menu bar.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspects of hubspot service hub are the multiple options to contact hubspot customer success reps. The help icon at the bottom does prompt you to choose your best/most favourable mode of communication. One of the best features is how many options there are for support aside from one to one communication. Very User Friendly and easy and intuitive searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one thing that I would change about the service hub is the inability to wait for a customer support agent. I understand that it eliminates wait times, however it does become a gamble/ a game of chance/ timing to put a request in to be physically contacted on call/chat
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving any user error, lack of knowledge and onboarding on to the software. For me and my company we understand the value of hubspot and love the product so being able to contact the service hub so easily helps us get the most out of hubspot

Getting almost everything that we need

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of finding what is needed in the knowledge base. I also find having all of our dashboards for user metrics in one spot efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there are certain limitations to using the service hub, the one right now that I am facing is getting our knowledge base on our non-hubspot website without having them sign in multiple times. I have reached out to support on this, and it was helpful, but it is the product itself that is not what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ownership of customer emails. We are a small team and we cross responsibilities a lot. Having a centralized inbox has helped provide clear ownership of who is handling the ticket, as well as gives us insight into what our customers are writing to us about.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the platform is to use. It has an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes it easy to get started and navigate through different features. This has helped me to save time and focus on more important tasks.

Hubspot Service Hub Review

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how HubSpot Service Hub integrates directly into other HubSpot features, specifically their Sales and CRM functionality. It compares great to competitors who only offer standalone service solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if we could dynamically assign ticket IDs to support tickets generated through HubSpot Service Hub. From what I could tell from community forums, that's not yet possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot SH is enabling us to support our customers without having to install or support another 3rd party solution. I love one-stop solutions if they offer the same functionality as other solutions. We plan on using SH for our support ticketing solution, as well as our knowledge hub.
