What do you like best about the product?
It keeps track of tickets and marketing requests which is where I mainly focus. So I see that as a great benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the live chat doesn't function properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with our leads and customers benefits me and my company by being able to reach out to them after an inquiry

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the service, compared to other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to understand all the access needed. As I wasn't an administrator of HubSpot, took weeks for me to get all necessary permitions

I have a good channel for communication with my customers

What do you like best about the product?
The Knowledge Base also helps keep my team consistent with the ins and outs of what we can and can't do, and why.
What do you dislike about the product?
No drawbacks! Well I suppose making sure everyone uses it, but that's a human nature issue really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the amount of emails we receive because clients can find the answer themselves. Also keeps our company messaging consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the task portion of HubSpot. It allows me to plow through my leads without having to find them.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot assigns leads times that are past due at the time of posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to keep in touch with our customer base and keep track of our interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable is, you can always change the order of how you see properties and filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to know who was the last that contacted a client, because the last contact date on filters doesn't shows this information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of thousands of clients at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
That all the company can work with it and create all tasks. Moreover is posible to track who works more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not perfect, there should be more ways of reporting in hubspot. As for example who moves tickets and avg time tickets in each stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now there is no problems that are beeing solved

What do you like best about the product?
As a PM, I like using Hubspot for user surveys and communications. It's easy to get user feedback from in-app surveys, and to follow up on that feedback. I also use the Knowledge Center to publish Help articles, and can tag our support team on tickets that need further investigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything--it's easy to use once you get the hang of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me collect user feedback, both good and bad, that validates existing pain points/needs and helps surface new ones.

HubSpot is THE BEST!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot in general is far better than any CRM I've used with far more intuitive features but Service Hub allows for specific people to access the side of the business they need to access instead of forcing them to have a sales seat like most other CRMs. The abilities available for Service Hub far exceed what I even expected it to do with other tools we use and creating such beautiful workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some programs you still have to jump over to for access to the data or the information, but nothing makes your task that much more difficult. It's just easier when they do integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is allowing us to use the data we obtain to set up customers in our system and view our revenue and lead generation for every customer and potential customer.

What do you like best about the product?
I needed a task list associated with a given contact, and Hubspot delivered that. I liked how I could keep detailed notes on each contact interaction and that it allowed me to have a clear overview of how each contact prefered to be contacted (email, social, phone).
What do you dislike about the product?
I really struggled with getting this to integrate with my google voice. I wanted a solution that allowed me to use the google voice phantom numbers that I associated with each contact and connect with individual contacts at the push of a button; this is where HubSpot fell short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What I wanted to use HubSpot for was to be able to connect with members of my spiritual community regularly, informing those folks about upcoming events, connecting people, talking about our issues inside and outside of the community, and inspiring them to do the same.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to significantly reduce our working time to deliver client solutions with the workflow automations provided by the HubSpot Service Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some additional features that we would like to access that require a service upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub enables us to provide a seamless identification of specific client needs and the solutions provided by our network of finance industry service providers.
