Very good tool for reaching out to our customers and prospects

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for our marketing campaigns , connecting with our customers, and collecting all the needed insights that help us tunning our targets.
Also, it helps us to host our marketing CMS, and have all our visitors experience and behaviors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support interaction part especially the chat option is mainly for marketing purposes, but not optimized for existing customer support purposes.
In addition to the price, it's considered high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's perfect to have one platform for your digital marketing, success, and support activities, in addition to hosting your marketing website as well.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate, reports are generated too, you can send sms and call
What do you dislike about the product?
the glitches, it dont receive message realtime sometimes

the glitch, the unrealtime coming of messages are now very rare

What do you like best about the product?
Simple usage,connection to other apps ( JIRA etc. ) , possibility to communmicate internally and externally
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation menue ( for companies , contacts ) on the right hand side ( there are no possibilties to make field mandatory , also in connection to other fields to make 2-3 fields inline mandatory )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internall workarrounds , on display client outcome and products

What do you like best about the product?
That it connects everything so I do not need to use multiple platforms and the fact that you can almost always get instant help. I likee how you can integrate other sotware systems with Hubspot an really collect everything
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an overall guide on how all the features actually go together. Because as I've used Hubspot more and more and for several purposes both sales CS and marketing I have noticed somtimes something does not work in CS because we have used other record in sales, and then contacts are idfferent as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I don't need to use several different platforms. This is the biggest problem it solves for me, I really like how I can use Hubpsot for Sales, marking and CS without problems, just need to connect everything correctly

What do you like best about the product?
Having a straightforward way to create a Knowledge Base, a Customer Portal and Feedback Surveys is something we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the price. If you are a small company without that much in budget, mostly sure that you won't be able to enjoy these features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant contact with customers makes it easy to update, do, and ask them everything in one place connected to your CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the tickets. When you click on one of the folders, it has all the information you need. The company card has vital information and is really nice to have along with the contact card. It makes my job a lot easier to have it all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, in my opinion. The only notable thing would be when there's a random glitch in the system and sometimes notifications don't go off, but other than that, the application is such a blessing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my job a lot quicker and more efficient. At my company, we utilize practically every aspect of HubSpot and the ease of having everything at your fingertips is phenomenal. Now we don't have to go searching for information that may take up to 30 minutes and instead only have to take a glance. It keeps all the emails nice and tidy and the threads in the same ticket. It helps give credit where it's due and makes it easier to see any mistakes an employee made and allows us to work on the issue so we can work more effectively with fewer issues. It truly is amazing and I've been using this for over a year. Without HubSpot, we would be an absolute mess.

What do you like best about the product?
It was so easy to set up a knowledge base and to keep it current. I'm enjoying that all of our surveys include automation to let us know that we're receiving feedback and emailing customers when they respond a certain way. The support team has been incredible as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as surveys goes, it allows a lot, but is still rather rigid in the way it's set up. The reporting features are not as straightforward as I would've hoped, but are still robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're gathering customer feedback and understanding where we can improve to offer better services and experiences. The use of surveys, reporting, and knowledge bases has aided in our pursuit of this.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can keep a track of your day to day activities and I would suggest Hubspot over any other tool to chat with your customers.

Honestly, nothing to complain about for now.

Easy to use Knowledge base

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hubspot's Knowledge Base to create our product's help section.
The whole process was straightforward, and the fact that the help section had many templates and was very customizable was great. We also liked the fact that you can create your own user's lists to give access to users to the help section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime a user that is logged into our platform want's to access the help section, but they don't have a password.
Whrn this happens there is a login screen that says "This page is only available to people who have been given access". It would be great if there was a button that says "request access" so we get a notification an can add the user that's asking for permission. It is the analogy of knocking on a door.
There is the "Having trouble? Contact the admin" button, I guess this is ok, but nobody clicks on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our Knowledge Base on Hubspot, so the same information is centralized for all clients. We can track if this information is useful using the HubSpot analytics.
Before, we were using PDFs and it was a nightmare.
The Sales team uses Hubspot to communicate with their leads.
