HubSpot has been out go-to tool for customer and lead segmentation
What do you like best about the product?
The Knowledge Base is great for setting up a Help Center for our service. Likewise, feedback surveys are extremely useful for understanding how our customers perceive us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations, such as not being able to use all options in the Workflows feature for the automations on the surveys, which would otherwise be handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being automatically triggered, it's helping us get customer feedback at scale.
Hubspot makes work so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Their support is amazing. The fact that we are able to add any information and track them using reports and dashboards is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a few improvements to the type of properties that can be added to tickets or the way we track response times, otherwise, it works really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage our customer relationship fairly well.
Great accessibility and flexible layout
What do you like best about the product?
The tickets section and its classifications are beneficial in addressing emails very easily. It allows the user to prioritize emails and sort them accordingly. Also, the bulk action option makes things quicker. I particularly like the "Board" layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have personally faced an issue in the Analytics section where no results are displayed upon adding filters, and the page takes too long to load even after inputting the correct set of filters. Maybe it is a server issue from Hubspot's end which needs addressing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of HubSpot, I can efficiently address customers and prioritize urgent issues. Yes, my productivity along with my team members has improved. The analytics tool helps me keep track of the work done.
A wonderfully easy solution for businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop for our business that has all of the requirements we need in the one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling us to know the exact status of our deals and allows everyone to put notes ina. place where they are accessible to all other team members.
HubSpot is a great assistant for what I do.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is my one-stop spot for keeping track of complicated, detailed cases. It does all the work for me. I use "tasks", so I don't have to waste time remembering things. The HubSpot layout is set up so I can quickly and spontaneously glance at a case that I haven't viewed in and be up-to-date on where it is in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is having to hit the "display more" button when I'm looking at long lists of cases I have. If I'm reviewing everything I have open, whether, it's 2 items or 300, I want them all to be on the screen without me having to click additional buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does what software is supposed to do so that I can spend more of my energy on being a creative problem-solving human. Retaining information, organizing case files, tracking communication trails, and keeping track of dates would be a waste of my time. HubSpot does all that for me so I can focus on higher-level issues.
An effective tool for organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tickets feature best. The board view of the tickets allows our team to stay organized and delegate tasks proactively. Hubspot also organizes account information in a way that is easy to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the restrictions while editing the knowledge base. While creating and editing articles, I found it really frustrating that I could not easily click through each article. Each time I want to edit an article, I have to open it. When I want to move to the next one, you have to go back to the master list and open the next one. It would be much more time efficient if there was "next article" function so I did not have to go all the way back to the master list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many duplicate accounts. Hubspot helps us identify and merge these accounts. This is a massive benefit to our company because we have many customers that are creating duplicated accounts.
Easy to learn and customize
What do you like best about the product?
You can customize so much within this program. The support Chat options are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to track on-boarding of new clients. We currently have to use tickets, it is working but not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of support ticket organization. It benefits us because we have fewer platforms to view our tickets and requests.
Helps me with easy management of my customers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the unlimited possibilities that comes with Hubspot. We connect with existing customers on many channels. HubSpot helps me with an overview that quickly gives me all needed in information about the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to learn and set up. There are still some few features that could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combines information about the customer. So that both information about products, contacts and previously correspondence can be found easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly HubSpot is. It is effortless to navigate and find all of the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how HubSpot will sometimes freeze during a workday or say there is an error trying to respond to a customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure exactly what problems the service hub is having, but I have noticed when there is an error or issue, HubSpot always fixes these in a very timely manner.
Complex and integrative system
What do you like best about the product?
Able to view texting system in the clients profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Helpdesk was atrocious to use. The AI bot was pretty bad too and kept giving inconsistent or incorrect answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Differentiating between partner or client, and for clients, able to indicate appointment type, and pets. It's able to pull a lot of information from our platform and integrate it into one spot.
