A clear way for people outside of service team to have visibility

What do you like best about the product?
I find it so easy to track customer issues and filter for exactly what I am looking for when using the Service Hub. It integrates well with the rest of Hubspot and allows me, as a UX Researcher, to investigate customer pain points and get in touch with people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it limited and wish there was more reporting. I'd like to be able to see at a high level within the Service Hub, the types of tickets and product issues. I also wish there was the ability to open lists within Google sheets. I would save me time from having to download spreadsheets and upload them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a very detailed record of issues our customers are facing. It streamlines my workflow and allows me to communicate cross-departmentally to coworkers regarding certain issues and customers. It's a huge time saver. I currently have multiple Zaps that are pulling information out of Hubspot and into other internal tools we use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot Service Hub is very easy to navigate and allows for intentional conversation while still being fast and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the close conversation option. Once I close a conversation and they remail back, I wish I could reclose the conversation with more ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making it effective and easy to have longer conversations with top clientele. I feel much more productive!

What do you like best about the product?
The way in which the ticketing system is designed makes it really easy for a company to set it up for their business. Also the knowledge hub and customer portal functionalities are key to the functioning of the service hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only 2 automated email templates available for service hub professional license which is very discouraging
There are a few bugs in the customer portal functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a one stop shop for all needs related to ticketing. The easily interactable design and dashboard makes it super easy to access information. Also we have been able to constantly monitor our efiiciency using the reports function.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps everyone in our organization stay organized! For me as a producer of many different online products, the feedback forms in particular have allowed me to aggregate a lot of data and feedback from clients that makes my job a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility with feedback surveys. Sometimes I'm unable to get the types of responses that I want, or trouble is caused because I can't edit an existing survey. Adding these features would change my answer from a 9 to a 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major problem that Hubspot is helping me personally with is lead collection. I have found a lot of leads that are all tracked through our marketing channels. Our organization also uses Hubspot to great affect for customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
it's wasy to tag team members and collaborate on customer questions/solutions. It's also a great way to get some quick feedback from clients by way of NPS.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit limited in how you can tag and filter different ticket types based on which inbox the ticket was submitted through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All customer requests are collected, monitored and maintained keeping our CRM up to date with the latest client activity.

What do you like best about the product?
As a fairly new user to this type of platform - due to changing industries - I find Hubspot to be a great tool to complete and track most aspects of my Customer Success activities. While our entire growth team uses multiple Hubspot products, Service Hub professional is the one I can't live without.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more options to customize the Knowledge Base. Options to put our own personalized buttons anywhere on the page to link to feedback or support tickets - rather than just the links in the footer and header that are less visible or to offer specials would be great. I'd also like to be able to resize certain sections of our KB homepage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gave my team the ability to work the majority of our processes in the Growth team in one platform - enabling us to end our subscriptions with others.
Great for efficiency!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the dashboards for the pipelines, the tasks makes managing my workload really simple and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tasks are assigned to a contact rather than a deal. Not having the ability to customise the knowledge articles as much as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my workload, keeping on top of customer communication, being able to chase up payments in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Ticketing platform is easy to use and track, however we have a small ticket volume. The lane view of deals makes it easy to track deal progress/status. Their Support team is top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Will need a Customer Success Manager tool to tie in the CRM metrics with CS metrics like usage

Deal management and renewal tracking

None! In fact, it is effortless to use and even a newbie can master it in no time.

Poor response time for me is the top problem and it was eliminated when I started using Hubspot.
