What do you like best about the product?
I like creating my own dashboards and filtering data exactly how I need it to be filtered. It drastically increases my productivity on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything wrong to say about Hubspot. It has been able to meet all of my needs and more thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, being able to filter out the content and data that is most important to me in a sea of data our company records is a huge time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Nice that tickets are organized very well and the webpage notifies me frequently and quickly when new tickets come in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had a desktop app, but that is just because I want even more HubSpot in my life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have tickets that sometimes last a month or more, and the tools they offer help keep long-term tickets very organized. They also have a good search function of past tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to onboard employees of all technical abilities. Our customer service requests seem to be getting completed quickly, and our customers have noticed. I really appreciate the real-time feedback surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area of improvement is the ability for customers to look up their own tickets. For example, they can type their ticket number on a form and get the status of their ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramping up and scaling our customer service department without hiring many new employees. We're also able to promise our customers a better post-purchase journey

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is in one spot - I can realistically get most of my work done from one platform, which is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interfaces feel a little clunky - the knowledgebase editor, for example, is very finicky with how you edit certain things and other things, like adding code blocks, feel like they should be a no brainer but aren't available.

Achieve unrivaled usability with HubSpot's Service Hub

What do you like best about the product?
We love HubSpot Service Hub! It's one of the most accessible and user-friendly CRM tools available, making it simple to automate various tasks that would ordinarily consume large chunks of time. With its abundance of APIs readily accessible, we can create custom modifications to fit our clients' experiences perfectly. We also highly commend our customer service; they are incredibly responsive with quick responses whether you have an inquiry or require assistance finding the right solution for your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the HubSpot Service Hub is an excellent tool, but a few areas could use improvement. Specifically, with regards to customer feedback such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, it would be great if we were able to centralize NPS data collected from multiple sources in one single dashboard for greater visibility and analysis—which isn't possible right now unless I manually export everything into separate Excel documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Service has helped me solve issues ranging from figuring out why I'm having a slight problem with my process to creating instructional videos on building a strategy from scratch.

Service Hub can be used for more than just service teams!

What do you like best about the product?
The knowledge base for documenting internal processes for your team training and repeatability, and providing customers with self-serve knowledge to get them the info they need as fast as possible without straining your team's time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be high for smaller teams or newer comapnies, the price jump between starter and pro levels is big, and the knowledgebase is not included in the starter level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training team members to run processes in an efficient and repeatable way with the knowledge base.
Giving customer access to information repeated or asked by many customers without taking our team's time with individually answering their questions.
Making a ticket pipeline and automation for visibility of the handoff between sales and service, before service begins onboarding in the project management system.
