Great if you go all in

What do you like best about the product?
Detailed contacts, good-looking surveys that are easy to target and send, simple knowledge base that is easy to search and navigate, Salesforce integration for syncing contacts from CRM. Easy to implement chatbots and live chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce integration doesn't take care of as much as we like. I would recommend only going with HupSpot Service Hub if you plan to use the full ticketing functionality and not try to pair it with Salesforce Cases. I also wish the knowledge base had version history, timestamps, and edited by information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a gated knowledge base and a better survey tool. We haven't been able to utilize SSO because of internal roadblocks, and that would have been the real gamechanger. The knowledge base is very attractive and easy to search. We've been able to put simple NPS surveys in multiple locations, but because the analytics are limited, we've had to aggregate results in a spreadsheet and manually calculate overall and grouped scores. Putting chatbots on our website has been an awesome customer experience upgrade.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows easy to build and Mail campaigns easy to set up. Very nice structure and Sales Flow, big Help Databse (FAQs, etc.), fast and most helpful support i ever experienced
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are problems with e.g. third-party-integrations but solutions can be found with help of support, or html (signature) problems, also here the support helped out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create marketing campaigns in an easy and fast way. Create tasks and observe everything inside the salesflow, make great dashboard for analytics of the numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities of lists - that including different workflows and sequences it could be used for; also the amount of data it could be collected and tracked;
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the feedback surveys - they have very limited capabilities of design in terms of fonts and layouts; also notifications is something that should be very useful but is not - as it's a big block of information and it is not sourced in any way

It helps us to keep in tact with customers by collecting the data how they use our software; also it has greatly used by marketing with creating workflows and keeping contacts organized

What do you like best about the product?
Email templates and sequences are so useful when having to email a lot of clients. Saves time and helps to follow up on tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be difficult to find information that you need. I.e if it's in the company or in the deal

Streamline work between different teams and helping to communicate with clients

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the user-friendly navigation. Whenever I need to reach something specific, it doesn't take so much time to find it even if it's the first time I need to use the specific choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it requires "navigating more" when I need to see regarding the deals and interactions with a prospect and company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives the ability to see the basics of the communication with the prospect in a detailed but an easier way in comparison to some other CRM systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The feedback surveys and customer response tracking really makes life easy as a marketer while providing helpful insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big downsides or dislikes yet. The Hub has been helpful so far and the experience has been smooth and efficient so far.

Apart from the ticketing system that helps our support team, the feedback surveys and customer opinions have helped us get closer to our clients and make improvements to our systems.

I love the ability to easily generate recipients for feedback. I also appreciate that I can view the engagement history of individual customers.

I wish the feedback surveys had more flexibility.

The ability to generate surveys and gather feedback from our customers all in one place really helps streamline my workflow.
