Hubspot is great everything in one system, however there are still some bugs/improvements to fix
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is easy access to everything in one place. From customer service to sales to operations, it's all there!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how searching is not the most accurate.

It allows better organization and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of communications. I can set up emails to out at a later time and day. I can also personalize the templates very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection between hubspot and aircall can create a very bad phone connection and experience. This is really the only difficulty that I have with hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to setup follow tasks and, keep track of where a ticket currently sits is great. This keeps me on track with follow up and completion of all service needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot is able to integrate with so many different platforms like Gmail, slack, JIRA, and others. It makes my job easier to have everything go to one central location for data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot isn't as intuitive as it could be. As a first time CRM user it took me some time to get used to it and there are still many features I am still unsure of how to fully utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are helpful links when needed to review and refresh how to use certain areas of hubspot that I have found super helpful since I started using the program!

Hubspot is an all-in-one business tool covering all aspects of our company, from sales and marketing to service. I wish it were easier to implement, but other than that, it has helped our team streamline.

The price and not really having implementation help.

What do you like best about the product?
As a UX designer, I use HubSpot to conduct feedback surveys with our customers. I love having a survey tools that's integrated with the work that our Sales and Marketing teams are already doing. It's great to have everything in one place. I appreciate the analytics they provide on survey results, and I love that survey recipients just have to enter their email in order for HubSpot to connect them with an existing contact. Anything we can do to reduce time spent taking a survey is a plus.
I also use HubSpot to schedule one-on-one interviews with customers. The calendar integration with Outlook works seamlessly, and makes it easy for customers to choose a time that works for them, without the hassle of several back-and-forth emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their survey feature offered logical branching. Many survey tools offer this, and it's required some workarounds on my part instead of being able to add some logic to the survey.

HubSpot provides me with the tools to reach our customers and get their input and feedback in an organized way.

What do you like best about the product?
Different ways to view the tickets. Associating with notes and other attributes is really easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was a way to improve performance, that would be great. Better duplicate detection on companies. It would be great to show the last note and last activity on a ticket.

Tracking our support tickets, tracking our enhancement requests, seeing status.
One stop, easy to use, and lots of features!
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to navigate, and fairly intuitive. Templates and Snippets are great. The best thing is that the features are easier to use. We also have great dashboards showing our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more ability to change the screen views. Would like to have the ability to make tickets directly from an email. When you clone tickets it would be nice if the more fields could be cloned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supports us with Sales, Customer Support, Implementation Process and delivering professional development. Yes, it allows me to be more productive compared to our old system.

It is hard to search for certain things; unless a ticket number is readily available, it can be challenging to find information
