What do you like best about the product?
UX and navigation are great and makes what I do everyday so much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly dislike, but better integration into other services such as Jira would be useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tickets in an easy to use, responsive solution - I use the service section daily

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very user-friendly and easy to navigate; I like the fact that we can create our very own templates and save them for future use. HubSpot makes everything so much easier, from locating an account, and managing tickets, to customizing contact properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far; as I've mentioned, it is user-friendly even for those new to HubSpot. Navigation is also easy; it is very organized when you want to check your tickets or your feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think there are times when an outage occurs or the page keeps loading. Still, I'm pretty sure that HubSpot is doing its best for the overall improvement of the platform and to make it an enjoyable experience for us HubSpot users.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful when you are managing a business with large number of members. Using it is so smooth and very self explanatory and no need fro complicated processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it being down and has some maintenance and its slow. But nonetheless all is great and good for me with it comes to Hubspot's services and site settings
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The information of our members and being easily to send them email, gather their information and send them updates that is being automatically showing on their account

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. It is easy no navigate. The interface is simple. It is easy that we get to save templates and snippets for faster notification and sending emails out to our members. The fact that we get to save templates and snippets is a big help to us especially when we need to take notes while on a call .
What do you dislike about the product?
Downtime when I am unable to access my templates and snippets. It was hard to get the templates. Now it was fixed and all email templates and snippets are available. It is easier to send our emails to our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are tracking credits for the members. Notes on customer service calls. It is easier for us to track credits for the magazines and also we get to follow all the members that are still included.

very easy-to-learn navigation, very detailed information that showed from the main contqct page

some sudden downtimes that shows error when pulling up some accounts.

Tracking member/contacts progress about their membership- also used as a documentation platform that really benefits in customer engagement roles.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a one-stop CRM/ App that you can use efficiently for Marketing. Email Templates, Automation, Workflows, and Data Storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The occasional system technical issues which stall productivity for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy-to-use tool for tickets, tasks, tracking, and correspondence.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to get around; I use it often for work and work-related activities. It is very convenient to know that everything I need is right there.

So far I don't have any dislikes, I am still learning new things about HubSpot

I don't have any problems when using HubSpot, I know if I did, it would be resolved quickly

You're unable to tell if another team member is typing a response on a ticket

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see a visual representation of metrics and volume on chats/emails taken. This allows us to be competitive with fellow employees when we can see visual representations of our stats.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you open your computer for the first time, notifications received during the time you were off will spam endlessly until you're caught up. Which get's really annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I know of. As I rarely see problems occur when using hubspot on a day to day basis within our company. But sometimes I do see email delays and chat delays, but I never had problems as they get resolved pretty fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly the software is and how seamless it is to create a custom report or manage tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to customize more fields/make ticket fields required, add round-robin shifts by team, and add signatures for emailing (aside from snippets)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's seamless to communicate with our clients and have the ability to see the link they're chatting from to isolate their implementation issues (I'm a Support Engineer, so every little detail helps)
