What do you like best about the product?
I have used ServiceHub for the last 18 months and have found it very intuitive to learn in the job. We are a startup company and Hubspot is growing as we grow. We have integrated our phone system which is fantastic. There are still many features to unlock like live Chat and Knowledge Base.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like is when our B2B customers reply to an old email thread as it reopens the support ticket. I'd love to know how to cut off messages in a timeline that are not relevant due to being older.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceHub allows visibility of all contact points with a customer that can be accessed by cross functional teams like Sales + Customer Support. This saves time and results in a better customer experience.

Amazing UI and features!

What do you like best about the product?
The new Social tagging people feature is excellent. We also add comments so it makes it smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations and website build. There is still a lack of smoothness due to too much content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to meet my daily targets. The options to publish via HubSpot is super helpful and the efficiency I meet is excellent. I would continue my work on HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great CRM, process builder, and reporting tool for many different industries. It is very flexible and has immediate customer service via chat, which is a great resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the reporting tool is very helpful, it still is kind of limited when you want to create more complex reports using HubSpot data. Integrations could also be improved. There are many integrations with many different softwares but they are either really expensive or if free they are very limited as to what information can be integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of customer's information and all contacts associated to each customer.
Scheduling and keeping track of meetings via HubSpot and Outlook calendar integration.
Using workflows to automatically update information that meets defined triggers.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of having all communications with the same subject within the same card

the opening of different tickets if the same communication is sent to multiple email addresses

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I can access all of my work in one place and be able to keep tracking of converstations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I dislike is the copy/paste settings. I find it hard to paste an email address or paste a document and have it look the same as before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping our business by making sure everyone is on the same track and providing the same customer service. It benefits me by making sure all my work is complete.

What do you like best about the product?
It is not just a marketing tool, it is so many things. It is such a user-friendly platform. It's easy to navigate. I didn't had a formal training but I am navigating it with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that can be improved. It's not HubSpot's fault, though. We're using this platform for something it's not really designed for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All I know is that when there's an issue, they resolve it quickly, which makes them more amazing!!!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and configure.

Ability to keep Marketing, Sales, and Support on the same platform.

Lots of videos to help you get started. Good chat support to help out when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fundamental features are missing. It's still a bit immature and you can tell Hubspot are new to support compared to the Marketing and Sales Hub.

Example:
Good and easy to setup an NPS survey and automate when and to whom it should be sent out. But NPS can only be gathered on the contact level at the moment. You typically want to see NPS on the account level. The fact that Hubspot hasn't created a basic feature to aggregate the NPS on associated contacts to the account level is surprising.
Other nice-to-have features that should be relatively easy to get in place are better dashboards on Service Hub. I'm sure they'll get there soon, but you can still tell it's a new area for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticket handling, ability to chat, onboarding pipeline, self-service portal. All the basics needed to run a support organization for a small/medium-sized business professionally.

What do you like best about the product?
Very comprehensive features, roles can be assigned to different users. With the built-in knowledge base, forms and automation features, it helped Hubspot users much easier to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration menu is sometimes quite confusing/ hard to look for what you need to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to manage customer enquiries and following up with clients is much easier. Also it supports add-ons which allows adding features to Hubpot.
