Powerful and easy to use way to centralize your customer-related processes

What do you like best about the product?
The high level of customization, linked to a very easy way to manage the interface. Features as pipeline automation can truly save time of customer journeys management
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I open a notes tab during a meeting and I forgot to save them, if the website gets reloaded, I lose the information gathered. It had happened to me more than 1 time and is very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing the information flow in a spot where all colleagues meet. We can create processes, track them and stay connected to the latest situation in every contact with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The start of a survey is easy to set up for a selection of contacts in Hubspot.
Insight into who completed the survey is clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards are okay. More selection options are desired which can be processed in dashboards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have an overview and insight into our NPS.
After a webinar we can ask customer satisfaction.

The ticketing pipeline and the automation workflows

Some important features are missing, e.g. a "redo" button for sending emails, or tracking tickets per deal

Having a shared inbox for the customer care team with prioritisation according to the incoming ticket

the ticketing system is easy to use, you can manage easily, and it is understandable to use, which means you don't make a mistake

sometimes it works slow and broken not login but it is a system problem i guess

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to always stay in touch with your customers, you have everything you need to always be close to them and give them the best possible support
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it's a perfect tool. If I have to improve something I don't know what to say, I have everything I need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I had no control over the management of my customers, but today I can be close to them, help them, never make them feel alone. This helps to increase the opinion my customers have of my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I think this has remained the same more or less. I do like that changes are now automatically changed,.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email chains have become more complicated to read. It sometimes takes me a while to find the latest reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing the support tickets with HubSpot. It helps us to work fast since everything is one tool and we don't need to navigate between different softwares.

At first Hubspot was really difficult to learn - it would be good to have a onboarding opportunity at the begining of first sign on

Hubspot is allowing me to keep track of all of my (alot of engagements) with our customers and their individual tasks

The knowledge base text editor can be frustrating to use at times. The solution could have more editing parameters

What do you like best about the product?
support very fast, knowledgeable and always follows up when needed. Lots of good feautes with good branding, the HubSpot website has alot of good community posts and interaction which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of paywalls to many of the required features which help with service desk automation. I have spoken to support, but there are no workarounds, and sometimes you can't do basic tasks in HubSpot as you can in other providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us run our service desk efficiently, it has taken some time to learn the limitations of HubSpot, but overall it has been an excellent experience. It has allowed us to monitor KPIs better and make us more effiencet.
