Permission hell, inconsistent formatting, only can use 1 metric for SLA... better than alternatives

What do you like best about the product?
Having the KB, tickets, reports all in one place. Automated reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emailing via Hubspot never turns out as expected. Formatting can get messed up. Logging emails doesnt seem to work right. On occasion, 2 people will email and the reply will be sent to the wrong one of the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a Knowledge Base with a search filter out the box. Will be used for ticket deferral when our software is better documented.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me keep track of emails and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flow can be a little awkward, especially when searching for emails by subject and/or contacts. I also think that it should automatically create associated contacts for any email in the "To:, CC, and BCC....having to manually add associated contacts is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of conversations and tasks as well as allowing me to add to my defensible position should there be an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to find different tools that can help you succeed in your interactions with your peers and clients while also providing different communication options, all in the same place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that every time someone sends a reply to one of my emails, my tickets open again. I also don't like that if I leave the inbox on multiple chats can appear at the same time, and I have noticed that if it stays on, the flow of chats do not stop. It should be able to recognize when the chats are idle and close the queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually when hubspot is experiencing a glitch it is fixed quickly and that help us to keep working and communicated

What do you like best about the product?
For me the what I find most best is the Hubspot Performance Dashboard. As an employee, at a glance, I have an easy visibility with my KPI performance. Also, HubSpot is easy to comprehend, user-friendly to navigate even with first time user like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the occassional latencies when trying to access customer data but with the HubSpot support team solution driven team, hiccups like these are swiftly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing KPI employee Dashboard readily available charts, I am able to see which performace I need to improve to provide excellent customer service!

What do you like best about the product?
Not too many details are needed for me to track the tickets related to one Deal. Moreover, you can add your Categories and sub-categories if you have a Super Admin account. It is very user friendly, I can probably onboard someone within days.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be perfect if the time it reporting time could be changed. It would be just an ideal solution if it had a time stamp of when it initially started, reopened and closed, etc. The reports are hard to figure out; I remember it took us a lot of time to determine what filters to apply to get the desired report. It is a little complex, too, when it comes to report.
I have to close a ticket multiple times, at least three times for a ticket, and the automation is never really fixed, even after fixing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use it; I feel like Hub is not something I'd go to for looking for an answer.

What do you like best about the product?
The Integrations with Slack and Jira allow for a smoother ticket and chat experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot find a way to connect a company property to the tickets. For example, I need to see 'Added Features' because it will affect the solution offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service hub is helping us connect our chat, Knowledge Base, and ticket systems for a holistic view. This also allows us to offer clients self-help options.

What do you like best about the product?
The ticketing system made it super simple to track tickets through the support lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, you can elect to follow/receive notifications for certain ticket types or activity, but I would like the ability to just opt in or out of notification for individual tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service hub allows us to track and organize tickets so we can see what areas are most problematic and would benefit from improvement/reformation.

What do you like best about the product?
The ever-going features and training/support that HubSpot provides. I have been able to grow the data of our team so much since using HubSpot and learning from all the free training they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you can not create trend lines with data reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep all our data in one place and easily be able to pull all different stats when needed

What do you like best about the product?
I love the swim lanes for the service desk and the chat functionality is really great with clients. I like being able to see the touches a user makes on our website, emails, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the UI was a little more service desk oriented and not so much like a contact page. I really like the ticket feel where you can read the thread and respond within the ticket view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NPS Surveys to gather product feedback, we use chat for real-time support within our web app and our website to route sales leads, and we use the support ticketing functionality to track tickets and communicate with customers.
