What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful thing on Hubspot is that Tasks portion. I love being notified on who to follow up on as it keeps me in track with my client outreahes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any big downsides about Hubspot. I do, though, think it'd be helpful if there was a training portal where I can get more information on how I can be more efficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem they are solving right now is organizing and keeping track of how many clients we have and need to reach out to. I am in charge of 200+ clients so it is much needed.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the fact that it's so easy to view and go through tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really find any downsides... Just maybe when pasting inside an email; it always copies the original formatting but we usually want to keep the destination formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reply promptly to our consumers' inquiries.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the layout is. It makes switching from a previous support system very easy. Took very little time to learn how to use it. Compared to the previous platform we used, Hubspot is lightyears better. Especially with the analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dark mode theme currently. Not able to create tags for tickets. Completed chats are not automatically connected to the same user if they start to chat again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our Sales, Customer Success, and Support team to know the status of the customer from every interaction we have with them through email and chat in HubSpot.

HubSpot tickets is an easy interface

What do you like best about the product?
The ticket system is much more helpful than traditional email, where tickets can be put into a pending status with the ability to see if it has been viewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot forward emails like traditional email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An email box that everyone can view which helps track progress of where tasks are at.

What do you like best about the product?
We've really enjoyed the ticketing function thus far. It's been valuable for us in a variety of ways
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some form functions that could be better, and it would be great if you could create different ticket forms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed us to better track and maintain service requests in our business, which in turn helps us keep customers happy

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is very user-friendly. It's easy to search for tickets, contacts or whatever you need to search. What I really love are the reports and workflows. It's great that you can use multiple objects to filter tickets. For example, to know how many tickets were associated to a specific company or to move tickets from one pipeline to another based on the contact associated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like I cannot "link" tickets with each other. Sometimes agents need to access other tickets related to the same subject quickly, and finding them is hard. The only option is to merge, but we lose a lot of historical information, such as the initial number of tickets or the created and closed date for those tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Hubspot to communicate with our clients and our partners. It allows us to store the contacts we need to contact frequently and link them to our partners (the companies). We can track our team's SLAs with the reports, plus we can automate specific actions, such as assigning properties to tickets based on the contact reason.

What do you like best about the product?
You can customize and create your views and save all your filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using the platform for over two months and so far, I have not found anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the platform our locations use to create tickets; there, I can see them all the way I want/need so I can solve them.

What do you like best about the product?
Live how easy it is to create automation, receive alerts and keep conversations in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to auto assign tickets to agents based on a set of rules per region we operate in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Embedding service tickets into our CRM was huge for us to have one source of truth and a better look on tickets visually too

What do you like best about the product?
The interface! It is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having dark mode :(( It would be best if we can switch it to dark mode since we spend at least 8 hours on screen.

Managing volume in terms of customers who needs our help.
