Awesome CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great way to interact with customers and keep them engaged. I appreciate the user interface and how easy and intuitive it is to use. I don't have experience with other CRMs but can say as a first time CRM user, Hubspot made it really easy to integrate our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some aspects of Hubspot that I don't know how to use. I would like to partake in live webinars to help educate myself on aspects of Hubspot that I haven't yet learned to take advantage of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keepin all our customers in one spot and keeping them engaged towards the sales funnel.
The best help for costumer service excellence
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly, and what I like the best is that I have made comments to the team, and they have taken them into account for changes that help us process information quicker and more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of the platform might need updates to make it easier to understand, depending on the industry. For example, the clicks needed to get to the quote in a deal changed at some point, and it was not the best situation for us, now it is more clear how to edit and download it without opening a new window. I would also like to make some changes in how the deal amount is shown, as it should be the final number of the quote, not the original posted (we work with commissions and discounts so the final amount is almost always different and needs to be updated manually).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a good data-base, making reports, handling deals and communications efficiently (I particularly like having all the deal information in the same window instead of moving to Gmail).

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a one stop shop where you will go to know more about what's happening with your client and their subscription/plan with the business. It also acts like a diary where I can see thr client's journey with our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the back button where it's going back to contacts instead of the last page. It could've been better if the path on the upper left hand will show the last page you've been.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to be at our toes since we get to use all the information available to our advantage on how to better support our client. This also shows us the owner or the person who to reach out to if ever we need assistance with our client.
Top Notch CRM platform for marketing, sales, content management, and customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
Finally, a CRM platform that’s both powerful and easy to use. Very easy to navigate and create graphics and quotes to boost sales and ensure you stay on top of the game!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. Every tool is helpful. You have to go there and learn new stuff and I say features! It boosts productivity and all I can say that it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help you grow traffic, convert more visitors, and run complete inbound marketing campaigns at scale. And of course, sales CRM software to help you get deeper insights into prospects, automate the tasks you hate, and close more deals faster.
Very practice and simplified
What do you like best about the product?
My best part is using HubSpot to understand the history of our customers. It helps us significantly because, without it, we wouldn't be able not to duplicate information and leave the customer over-stressed. Besides, it's simple to visualize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit slow; I don't know if it's because of the amount of information from each company, but it's not slow to the extreme; it's not much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I noticed that the layout was updated to something simpler and more modern, following the most innovative technological standards; this comforts me.
Hubspot Lists & Reports are phenomenal
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reports you can put on the dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the search bar doesn't always pull up the information you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily run reports with certain data & save the view so it streamlines our processes & is always up to date.
Hubspot changed the way we operate completely
What do you like best about the product?
Task automation, integration-friendly structure, and the ability to create multiple ticket pipelines are some of the things I like the most. Overall, it is a solid CRM product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Priority assignments need a little bit more work. There are currently three options for priority assignments, but they should be customized from 1-10. Also, the price is a little bit on the expensive side in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Service Hub allows us to streamline marketing tickets that are assigned to marketing in our general support channels. Marketing agents save time, and easily create tasks for themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
I value how user friendly HubSpot is. Secondly, the integrations with email accounts and phone lines make it easy to track user activity. Lastly, HubSpot Academy is a great resource for learning how to maximize all of what HubSpot can offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say I dislike the fact that HubSpot does not integrate with our company's Back Office Portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to track business and employee performance.
Super helpful tool for all our business needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love using email templates and lists to reach our customers and keep them engaged with our brand. I also love the CRM system to keep track and segment out our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the deals funnel. I feel like it could be a better way to keep track of the sales funnel. Over all we do like a lot of interactions in the system. Some things hubspot does we don't understand why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solved out customer meeting link problem and we figured out how to make a direct meeting in Zoom. We also loved the business industry feature which helped us segment our list.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives us a complete solution to help support our customers, including a help desk/ticketing system, customer portal to manage their open tickets, and knowledge base. We also use it for surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we're satisfied with all the features at this time and are happy to keep using this product. It provides everything we need at this time with more features as we grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to support our customers and their experience on our app. It also allows our users to easily manage their tickets. Having the knowledge base helps ensure our clients can self-serve themselves.
