Easy setup and usability

What do you like best about the product?
We were using other software for service team and wanted a full integration with sales, in order for customer data to flow seemlessly. With Hubspot we onboarded in just a week and we were set up to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the end, it is a Sales-oriented CRM that has started offering new products, so you can see it is not 100% adapted to service teams, but it does a great job compared to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now can have all customer data in only one space and both teams can work together without having to send data from one tool to another. It really solves both problems at a time.

Multiple Pipelines + Automation works!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to customize multiple pipelines. I manage service and CS as well as many operational tasks that are all still client related. It's great to keep them all in Hubspot in one place, but organized with pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Tasks feature is really lacking. I want to be able to set a status on a task within a ticket. Right now I can just create the task, or mark it as complete. I would use the feature more if I could set tasks to "in-process" or "blocked" or any range of custom states.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service hub helps keep a tight customer record so I can quickly view a customer and at a glance see "ooo 4 open service tickets!? let's get on this!"

What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness of the UI and UX make training and upskilling team members on ServiceHub incredibly easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizion and branding of the interface could be improved. When using the Hubspot everything is HubSpot branded amd coloured which makes it feel like it's not our own system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing service requests, ticket tracking, knowledge base and customer portal hosting

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing to be honest, we have struggled with an easy way to use this. Others departments are using just fine but acccounting it is not working for.
What do you dislike about the product?
To many ways to view and close out. It also is hard to see who from and what about. Most emails look like junk emails

It is really causing us more work.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of communication. The ability to share customer difficulties and resolve them with the ticket process. Hubspot allows great visibility for all company members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything besides the fact that there is so much information to learn in order to utilize all aspects of hubspot. Which is not a bad thing at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers report various issues with our rental vehicles. We report these situations through hubspot tickets, and notify the team who will provide a resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
The ticketing system! The fact that tickets can be created with different categories, properties, due dates, assigned to different team members, make it a very helpful and efficient way to manage support tickets and onboarding progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing some crucial features that we need to outsource to other softwares or complete manually (which isn't ideal - our marketing and sales departments are doing everything in Hubspot and we'd love to as well). These include things like product tours and measuring customer healthscores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest painpoint that Hubspot Service Hub is solving is our internal support ticket processing with Hubspot's integration capabilities. As our development and product teams use other tools, being able to integrate with these and maintain them in Hubspot allow us to use one software as much as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I was new to hubspot and crm in general and I have found it very easy to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to see when a customer churns.

Seeing deals in progress. And then being able to see what products each customer takes since we offer multiple products to each customer.

What do you like best about the product?
The inbox you can separate live chat and e-mails, you can put them in pipelines so if you have a IT-problem you can have an overview
chatbot function, automation of e-mails when they close a deal, the control of the helpcenter we use
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the live chat messages are not send and if I refresh the page I have to send the messages again.
The text editor sometimes get stuck and then you need to save the page and reopen it.

The new update included information for company's and that is very handy
