Easy to use application that offers powerful native tools for marketing, CRM and service

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, quick to get new employees up to speed and offers tremendous out of the box flexibility. Wide open integrations allow us to use what we want to use. Their chat support is incredibly helpful - they take the time to understand the question and provide tailored feedback vs copy/paste generic responses
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn't support the service components so while traveling I cannot review a specific ticket or monitor overall service ticket volumes. However, every other obstacle I've encountered is able to be addressed via some creative combinations of existing functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized workflow, on demand reporting and the ability to capture metrics allows us to quickly determine where we need to devote additional resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Notification settings, marketing tools, automation workflows, Conversation Inbox, and clear and configurable pipeline views for each department
What do you dislike about the product?
The card system can be overwhelming at times when having to manage a lot of different cards (information in a lot of different places).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and managing deals to onboarding to live in all one place

What do you like best about the product?
I love the pipeline feature to help me filter and monitor all of my emails in addition to note tracking, reminders and overall seamless interactions within its easy-to-use functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I'm typing the subject field of an email I will only be able to enter one letter then my ability to type disappears and I have to click within the body of the email to continue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The service hub is helping to make my communications clearer, easier to see and make my tasks more efficient in their conclusions than how I would traditionally be tracking my to-do's for each day of the week.

Excellent CRM and ticketing system tool

What do you like best about the product?
The ticketing system is outstanding. The integrations you offer with Slack, Savio and Jira are perfect for the team. I believe that your CRM capabilities and top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Conversations section seems to be redundant next to the Tickets. I prefer Tickets a million times more. I don't like that a contact has to have an owner. It makes it difficult sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ticketing issues are being resolved pretty much by Hubspot. Different types or statuses and timelines allow us to keep track of all our customers.

Effective and Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot to be a really great tool to connect to guests. It's effective and easy to maneuver. Having a direct line of communication that isn't via phone is much appreciated by our guests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I can think of that I find issues with. I've run into a few hiccups with services being slowed but HubSpot resolves them quickly! That's appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a direct line that isn't via phone to guests is such a great tool, especially in a world where phone communication isn't always the most convenient option.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the premade questions. I do not have expertise in question writing, so being able to use a template to get what I need with data integrity is helpful. I also like the customization of the logo and tokens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot do what I think should be simple. I want to be able to send a survey after I move a meeting to completion, and I cannot do this nor manually send a survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You aren't solving it yet =) But I am hoping that you will be able to increase our response rate to our service and feedback inquiries. We currently do not have a good response rate to our mid-year/end-of-year survey and I'm hoping that by asking in real time it will increase our response rate.

Hubspot Review from a Planned User

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that we can track and collect data on all the incoming events going through our Planned platform. We can track revenue and pull data for business reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow sometimes can get broken or hubspot updates messes with our workflows. If there is a way to inform us before there is a Hubspot update so we don't lose our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to track all our sales deals and track the sales cycle. We use it as a CRM to keep all our client contacts and company information. Very valuable for the business.
We also use Hubspot in customer success to help us complete our day to day tasks. We use deals pipelines as our source of truth for event information and tracking GMV and revenue.
Hubspot is used across 3 departments here at Planned, Sales, CS and supply/operations. The workflows set up are crucial to ensure automation and CSAT feedback survey to capture user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing data on what type of questions our customers are asking and if they are finding the answers they need. Being able to utilize the chatbot for our knowledgebase articles as also been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a few more themes for the off-the-shelf knowledge base templates, but overall the default option gets the job done and if comparable to Zendesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to tie chat, our knowledge base, and tickets into our CRM and access more key data we were not able to see by using a third party.

Hubspot Services an Amazing Resource!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter and view properties. I appreciate the customization of properties that allows for easier data visualization. I feel Hubspot is much more user-friendly than other CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is some things can be very hidden in contact records. The ability to show anything more upfront would be better for a user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping solve inefficiencies in our business and areas of improvement. This has allowed us to increase productivity and ultimately results.
