Hubspot has been very helpful in managing my day-to-day activities.
What do you like best about the product?
The friendly and intuitive UI really makes it easy for me to look for important information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics can be a bit better. It is difficult to look into granular data such as time spent on an email etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a repository of all my contacts and marketing communication. It is a one-stop shop.
Customer Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Creating surveys for multiple touchpoints with our customers and prospects was very easy. We are also easily able to analyze and interpret the results of these surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some default surveys are very strict about their usage and customization. It would be great to have a way not to have a CSAT Survey when they have only talked to a bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy way to survey our customer (both CSAT and NPS), and HubSpot has made it easy and efficient. We needed to be able to easily analyze the results as wel.
Using HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use HubSpot to track specific contacts and to see things all at once. Also, many users can use HubSpot, and it will stay updated, so you don't need to have different services for different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to navigate on the HubSpot app, so I wish that they had a better app that could allow you to send the same emails with specific snippetts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping solve the need to use Google Docs or another service to keep track of things also integrates well with email, so you don't have to worry about emails getting lost.
Great Experience with HubSpot Service Hub!
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Hubspot Service Hub is that I can view all of my service tickets in one area and I can respond to them in live time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to be able to sort support tickets by category that way we can write Knowledge Base Articles based on the themes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, the Service Hub is solving the problem of ticket responding support time and it solves removing my personal email from receiving all of the service tickets.
A Dream
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service and the overall user experience of the platform. I just love how everything looks and feels. Everything is so smooth and sleek; very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any downsides. If there are any, you can collaborate in their community to find any current workarounds. Or submit a suggestion to their product team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a new company and managing everything from sales to marketing within HS. Our customer success department relies heavily on Hubspot and we have been able to customize dashboards to facilitate that.
Easy, low code way to build an FAQ
What do you like best about the product?
Service Hub is helpful in that it is a user friendly interface where anyone on our team can build/edit our FAQs. We no longer need to rely on engineering to make updates. We also can track analytics which is really helpful in understanding our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see more detailed analytics. Also maybe suggestions on how to improve our article health if there are negative indicators. Overall not many issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating answers to FAQs to our users was previously one-off through email communication, now we can create one answer and distribute it en masse. This saves our team time and makes sure we have consistent responses

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Hubspot has your best interest in mind. They try to make their system fork for your needs and not theirs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike about the platform.

Great Product for the Organisation
What do you like best about the product?
The API is very useful for my role but having the ability for everyone in the company collaborate is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Merging tickets could be easier if it just showed the tickets for the contact you are viewing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing history on the tickets gives a quick method of been able to identify the issues when reaching out to customers.
Great and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to update content, very user friendly, easy to brand
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to choose how to sort multiple articles e.g. A-z. Instead you need to manually drag and drop which is time consuming if you have many articles

Being able to centralise all support issues and queries in one place, for both our customers and internal support team
User Friendly and useful
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is user-friendly with helpful tips. You can navigate well, and all relevant information is in one place. Integrates easily with many products which makes it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to load sometimes, but due to the amount of information it holds, I am not surprised. Sequences can be hard to navigate unless you play around with them a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see all my customers and ongoing work in one place. I am able to move them from column to column with ease and it helps me have many things in one place.
