HubSpot has changed our business...for good!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot houses our website and has been such a great tool for our team to go in and make changes quickly and gives us flexibility to create our own content. It's very user friendly from the service side, and we have a dedicated representative to help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are having issues with email automation and not having enough bandwidth for triggers. HubSpot only allows 3 Y/N triggers and we would like to eventually expand our workflows beyond that. We are also having issues with deduplicating contacts based on email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have given us a great system to build out an automation platform. We appreciate being listened to when we want advanced reporting, but sometimes what we request is not built yet or in the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of tracking the tickets and the ability to create templates for common responses to a assist the servicing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system still has some kinks that need to be worked out via development,, we often have to contact hubspot support with issues with certain tickets not being able to go through our process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving our customers an easy way to report challenges and login information without calling our contact center and cloging our contact center's time.

I really love the customer-facing portal, the inbox features and the integrations with workflows in tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of project management like tasks.

Using service hub has allowed us to create end to end reporting and a streamlined customer service experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all of my customer survey data live natively in my CRM/marketing automation platform allows me to make better business decisions faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything in particular that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use tools like SurveyMonkey and Typeform for customer surveys. The problem is that the responses aren't tied to the customer's record in our system, so it became difficult to perform personalized follow up at scale. It also was challenging to pair that qualitative data with the quantitative data living in our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to use and visually appealing. It is a great way to track client performance, offering graphs, last client touch, etc.

Editing clients could be more simple to use.

In a client-driven business, HubSpot helps manage our day-to-day while offering transparenct to other team members.

What do you like best about the product?
The use cases for service hub are turning out to be end less, and with the recently added functionality like customer portals and custom surveys there is a great feedback loop to help automate, streamline, and improve any non revenue driving processes like onboarding, project fulfilment, you name it! pairs with marketing and sales pro like graham crackers, chocolate, and big fluffy marshmallows - you can't go wrong!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing comes to mind, anytime I thnk of something they fix it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
handing off customers quickly and efficiently post sale, giving transparency and better communication to where projects are at, easily collecting feedback to continuously improve

Intuitive platform for new users

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a new user, but HubSpot Service Hub is extremely intuitive from the get-go. It's easy to see that as I move forward the platform will be incredibly powerful to move our business to the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found an element that I haven't liked so far. I'm very happy about joining the HubSpot family and look forward to many years of continued development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is building an internal, centralized service team to receive incoming tickets and deals in order to quickly and efficiently service our members better.
