What do you like best about the product?
I like having the feedback surveys. Being able to make and send a survey in hubspot is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feedback surveys could be more flexible. Once you publish it, you can't make changes and they only give you the option of sending a link or a short survey in an email. Having more options would lead to higher response rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use multiple ticket pipelines so having a lot of options with those and being able to create more than one definitely helps us keep things organized and help keep track of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Like HubSpot Service Hub provides a complete customer service history for inquiries thanks to the unified inbox.
You can find your top promoters using the customer feedback feature and involve them in customer marketing efforts.
For a deeper understanding of your customers, you can design surveys and collect data from your audience.
It also provides customized online help desks and knowledge bases for customers to use in conjunction with self-service solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub can be difficult to set up at first.
I'd like to see better automation capabilities in HubSpot Service Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In handling customer inquiries, streamlining processes, and improving customer engagement, HubSpot Service Hub is competitive.
By allowing contact with customers via live chat, you encourage dialogue.
You can use it to answer customer queries, provide support materials, make videos, and develop unique email templates based on certain queries.

What do you like best about the product?
Chat snippets are the most useful tool for me. I've made some easy-to-use snippets for my colleagues which improved our response time a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I see is, that I can't forward or answer specific e-mail that I choose. I have to forward or respond to the latest. Sometimes I can't see who is using chat with me at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following our customer's problems via tickets, and rapidly solving problems with live chat, knowledge base and snippets.

What do you like best about the product?
All the marketing tools are the best in the market, there's nothing at the same level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics menu and tools need something more advanced.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, we always look for a solution which is quick to implement and required very little development. Hubspot Service comes with a lot of automation which allows us to offer the best service to the customer with consistent updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting for response and close times, the current solution only works on a count using 24 hours clock, ideally, for this report to be usable we require a clock count for our working hours (Mon-Fri 9-5pm)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an overall view of my service team performance as a collective team or individual agent performance. As a head of Service, i need a quick view of the department workload and what our customers think of our service (CSAT/NPS).

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is great. I can see our customer and team activity and dive in to see what's driving them.
Also, I like the integrations for SMS communications.
And maybe the chatflows because it's very flexible and can be designed for specific uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see shortcuts to save time e.g. "/" to start a universal search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two problems solved. First, we need to be able to see all customer communication in one place. Hard to do.
Second, we need to be able to see volumes, trends, drivers, and the performance of operational improvements. It does this well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of configuration.

We have been able to quickly set up client buckets for our tickets to maximise the speed at which our support team reply to customers as well as make sure account managers are on top of their accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far not much. The only struggle we have had (with any change management process) is finding the time to educate everyone within our organisation on the standard practice of the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Service Hub is allowing us to streamline our support structures and maximise our ability to manage customers to ensure growth through strong account management practices.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful for our company for the conexion with costumers and with ourselves, it is good to use it when i work because of i can replay mail directly from here
What do you dislike about the product?
some bugs sometimes and when hubspot is off and also sometimes it logout without my request.
Logout without request it's not good when you work with it, could be very bad.

comunications problems, also helping my costumer to comunicate with themselves and replay to mail directly by the app and don't going on mail, also the authomatization of system
