Beyond the Initial Functionality of HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize HubSpot for most of our day-to-day operations. We go far beyond Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service and have found ways to make the platform meet other needs such as Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Activations. The HubSpot Community, ChatBot Support, and Knowledge Base are very thorough and help us navigate through challenges to make this "adaptation" successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does have its limitations, which do cause some additional challenges. We would love for the ChatBot functionality for our product to include more options so that we can build it out and automate to better serve our customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to better serve our current and future customers by providing numerous data points and analytics to use to inform decision making. As the customer service team, the knowledge base and Chat Bot features help us to automate live support and direct customers to helpful resources to self-serve and problem solve,

What do you like best about the product?
The modularity and the number of options. Automations are also very nice, and the knowledge base as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes too many options, that do not improve the support/ticket handling, however you have to deal with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to work cross teams and to have everyone on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The Workflows and flexible Properties are the most useful thing to me. Love how quick I can update en masse.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the knowledge base could have a more updated and flexible UI/UX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They almost always provide support when I can't figure something out or have a question. Makes it a lot easier to provide service to my customers.

I like the boards/cards that you can use for every ticket.

I dislike that the email signature is not automatically included in the Conversations/email tab.

I am not quite sure but everything is running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been very easy to use and find my way around. The community page has also helped me identify solutions to my problems without having to contact the team at hubspot.
The team are also very responsive and assist wherever they can with my enquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration can be a bit tricky but I am still learning the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My issues with reporting the team helped by creating my report which I have now been able to utilise to assist me moving forward with further reporting, saving me much more time as I am not sitting there fiddling with filters.

What do you like best about the product?
We use hubspot for multiple channels of support. Primarily Chat, Email, and Phones. All work very nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their chat tool could have added functionality including limited the amount of active chats auto assigned to an available agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With some recent updates to service hub, we have move functionality and customization to reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Charts and Graphs in the feedback surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to automate the export of Feedback survey data from the backend to any other software like PowerBI.

Helps to collect surveys from customers.

Great tool that boost our Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
All information in one place to support our clients and analyse our support. In addition, the automation with workflows and sequences helps us to actively support our clients. The knowledge bases has a lot of formatting possibilities and the ticket system helps us to streamline bug issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We switched from Intercom to HubSpot. There are some functionalities that we miss within HubSpot. The biggest are Tagging possibilities in the chat to analyse conversations and an easier way to restrict help articles without users to log into the helpcente. Also you cannot fully customise the help center. It would be nice to adjust the layout.

In addition HubSpot is not made for Customer Success. You can use it for Success, but you have to create several workarounds to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from Intercom and we did not have all information in one place. Now we can log calls, emails, tickets, chats, viewed pages etc. all in one company profile.

What do you like best about the product?
Best features are the separatable inboxes for different departments, saving Snippits to avoid having to retype common responses, and scheduling emails to go out to different groups or lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I strongly dislike the Sans Serif font. HubSpot uses a Sans Serif that makes it impossible to differentiate between "I" and "l" plus other letters. Serif fonts are most effective for reading large amounts of text, ensuring spellings of names and emails are correct, and keeping data clean(especially when using HTML or tags)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently do not have any issues waiting to be handled by HubSpot. I might submit a request to set the font to a Serif font... which would benefit me when reading emails, writing help articles, etc.
