What do you like best about the product?
The functionality that ServiceHub provides has helped the company increase client engagement and overall satisfaction

Hubspot Knowledgebase is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
The 2 features we utilize the most are Knowledgebase and omni-channel messaging. What I love about the knowledgebase is its very easy for any team, especially sales to quickly search and add articles in they find relevant to the call they had with a prospect. We've also found it useful in support conversations to help lead customers to more self-help resources. Omni-channel messaging is also fantastic. Any conversation or interaction might take the work of 3-4 people before an issue is resolved. Whether someone is in product, support, or sales, anyone is able to go in and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with anything this robust, the downside is getting everything set up as you'd want it. It can be difficult to get it going and understand how exactly to use the features. But, like anything else, once you get the hang of it, its fairly easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we always seem to be solving is cross-team collaboration and communication. In the office, we use the term "common". Regardless of who the customer talks to in the company, we want them to have a common experience. Hubspot is giving us the opportunity to do that by giving employees the information and resources they need to help customers at any point in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
The knowledgebase is user-friendly and provides all the necessary tools to have all the information centralized in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain limitations like an archived already included field under Knowledgebase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be able to see all the workload in one place vs having to go into different systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The email tracking, even through using Gmail, is a great tool to see where my sales team is. Enables anyone on the sales team to jump in and out of any sale with full information. The Notes are also a great way to get a snapshot shot of important details for accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When first joining the platform it can feel overwhelming with the amount of information that is possible. Sometimes keeping that information updated accurately can also be cumbersome at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our accounts and contacts organized. Being able to associate contacts with accounts makes it very easy to make sure that everyone is in the loop. We use the note sections the most that way when viewing an account we can see the discounts for the quarter or any promotions just by checking out the account

What do you like best about the product?
We are mostly utilizing their knowledge base platform. It offers a great resource to our customers on our product.

Really would like more customizability on the knowledge base.

Gives us a place to house all of our FAQ's and tutorials for our customer base.

Good all encompassing customer management tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is all in one location. I also appreciate how easy it is to automate workflows and to pair to our other customer management tools. The features are relatively intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature leaves something to be desired. I wish that contact was not always the first thing to show up when you search. It is also frustrating when you type in a name and that is not the first thing that pops up as a match. Sometimes I have to scroll an entire page to find what I am looking for even though the name in the search bar is exactly the same as what I am looking for. Also, partial matches are not very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is our company-wide customer management tool. It is very nice that all of our teams across the company can use the same tool from marketing to sales to customer success. Everything is one place

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate certain processes. They make it easy to input your most common responses using snippets and email templates. Also, creating bots is easy and they really save you time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge base is a little lacking in customization tools and there are some glitches when formatting text that could be fixed. However, overall it's a great tool to help your customers find relevant information and self-help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub is creating more time-saving opportunities which allows me more time to focus on customers that require more hands-on attention. It also is making our customer service more standardized.

What do you like best about the product?
You can have visibility of an entire project and the status of where each team member is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to search a little better. I think it only searches keywords if they are in the subject box.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to keep my contacts organized in an attempt to properly execute tasks to ensure proper follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Associations can inaccurately link notes, tasks, meetings, etc to contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operationally, HubSpot is the source of our reporting. Marketing, consumer/client outreach, and internal data keeping.
