Hubspot is the only Service Hub you will ever need

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is so easily used by everyone. Even if you are not familiar with other programs that are similar. This one is easily the one that takes the cake in my experience. The customization of this product is unheard of anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I really dislike within hubspot. Overall I am very impressed with their customer service and response time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are switching our internal service desk to hubspot as well as our sales and marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Hubspot to anyone that is looking for a new service desk to sales platform.

The convenience of hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep track of all customer interactions, as well as the progress of resolutions.
I like the fact it makes me even more organized.I can set reminders ,follows up, create and assign tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am yet to find a fault with hubspot. It is a great tool which has made work easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is having customers information stored in an central place, where any member of the team can access a customer-ticket detail without having to contact a particular CSR for updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To facilitate an easier transition, I would recommend using the tool in unison with Team members. An effective on boarding is having a member of your Team spearhead the training process and funneling their knowledge to the wider Team. This means all members get to maximize on the use of the tool together.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease at the moment to track and change leads/customers information based on their actions on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still needs basic/manual functions that needs to leave free for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: integrations with third parties requires a close flollow up.
Benefits: the ease to track the progress of customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a bit raw still but it's headed in a good direction.

The overview of a ticket. The information is available at a glance.

The mix up that occurs sometimes between different contacts in the inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that all information is captured in HubSpot, It makes everything so much easier to find when helping clients. Live chat is an awesome feature that really allows us to assist the user quickly instead of waiting for a response which at most times takes a while.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that you cannot yet bulk assign conversations to a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one system, The fact that you can call, Book meetings, make notes and even log calls. It makes things so much easier and quicker when assisting a customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome platform to any user for any company helping clients.It's quick it's easy and very simple to use. Managing clients are so simple and effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
My most favorite thing is the "Board" View. I work with Dev and Kanban boards and so this is very familiar with me. The ability to drag and drop tickets into different stages and also see which tickets are in which stages is beneficial and comfortable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you are unable to search within tickets by associated contact, company, or email. The issue that occurs is that a user calls in about a ticket, I am unable to easily spot the ticket or search for it. I will have to go through each one that is open to see it. Also, would like to have more details in the front view of the "board" view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything we needed from our previous help desk was easily found on HubSpot. One thing we didnt have previously was a Live Chat Feature. Now we that available, we implemented it as soon as we can. Our clients are very happy that we have another channel for them to reach out to us at.

Quick and Easy

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very quick and easy to use application. The biggest advantage is that all communications to and from customers is centralised. Service can see what has been said by Sales and vice versa. Understandible reports of productivity, time-to-solve of each member of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you click on a link, you cannot easily return back to your previous screen. Started emails are not saved as a concept when you leave the current view. You have to restart or save elswhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use is it to communicate with our ServiceDesk customers. In general 1st line support and upscaling (if neccessary) to 2nd line support

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful and understanding, the do try to get it right.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to navigate and get to the exact question you are asking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service hub has helped in some ways, it is really hard to hear they can not fix the issue or do not know how to make emails thread they way you need them.
benefit is they are there and are willing to find out your answer even if it takes a long time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have patients and time to work out the layout and if you rely on emails for information it is very difficult to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and very visual for our team to move student issues forward and to the right team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far we haven't seen any downsides. We've had a good experience with Hubspot service hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot service hub allows us to visually moves tickets through stages to ensure we're meeting our students needs. We've created additional pipelines to allow for a better workflow throughout our organization. The ease of use is tremendous!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for ease of use, I would recommend you give Hubspot a try!

whenever i contact the support team they're willing to help, they go through my complaint and they investigate the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
wish i had more easier ways to take a screen shot, or open a graphic chat so i can draw lines and arrows for their attention

everything from misrepresentation of data to solutions to my needs.
