What do you like best about the product?
help drive traffic, user-friendly and , seamless integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
For very large enterprises with highly complex needs, HubSpot might not offer the level of customization required compared to more robust CRM solutions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
primarily addresses the problem of managing customer support interactions across multiple channels by providing a unified platform to track tickets, automate responses, and deliver personalized service experiences

What do you like best about the product?
I was very reluctant to use Hunspot because I was used to old ways such as spreadsheets and notes. Once I have in and really dove into the service, my work days are a breeze, so much data at my fingertips! At first, it took a minute to figure it all out but when I did, it made my life so much easier! Work days are now so much easier to navigate, tasks, calls, notes and meetings all in one spot!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something I dislike. At first I would say it was not user friendly because I was stuck on the old ways, being from the "old school" and not giving into the changes. The difficulties were all me just not wanting to give in 🤦🏻‍♀️
One thing to note, I tried several times and all the methods available to upload a screenshot and it never accepted any of my s tee shots. Tried all methods atleast 3 times...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any time I have an issue (which is rarely), I reach out to my admin team and they help me figure it out. There have only been a couple times that I really needed help and my issues were resolved right away.

What do you like best about the product?
The conversations between my CS team are in the same tool as my marketing and sales teams activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any, having all comms with a contact in one place is magical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining communication with our contacts while storing all interactions in one dataset.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and integrates with most applications. Team loves it and it has streamlined our processes and workflows. Finally, everything is in one place for all staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use some improvement, it would be nice to be able to star more than one comment but othersise, it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all customer support, customer inforamtion, new orders and more into one stop shop where all employees have visability at any moment.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally like seeing when people open my emails and what links they click. It's easy to track my conversations and set up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's unclear to me how to merge duplicate contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's has all our contacts and deals that we are chasing. It keeps me focused. And lets the team know what I'm working on.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use, easy to navigate and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some fetaures that are missing that would make processes run better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place to track tickets and respond to clients. The team is able to use this together and collaborate on tickets. Clarity to the company about what is happening on customer tickets is there as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Mostly the way I can search and work on my deals, it's very responsive and the load times are getting shorter.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dark mode yet, it's too white for my screen and it kind of hurt my eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure ig I get the question, but Hubspot is pretty useful for managing my deals, I'm an It recruiter and there I can see what deals i have assigned and their priority, that's something that we can't do in other platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, data is easily searchable, it's customizable, and it integrates with other systems. The support team is also pretty good in implementing recommendations from users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up useful reports could be easier. Analyzing existing data can be cumbersome currently.
