Great supporting tool
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep all the customer related activities, information in one reliable software.
Easy to access and handle all aspect of sales process.
The system built up logically and 100% mirroring the real sales process.
It gives a very great support, I feel that admin in HubSpot is not a burden but a positive activity, which support my sales success,

What do you dislike about the product?
When I had difficulties with a settings (like plug in mail) the support was not effective, as it was very general.
A human online quick support would have been making easier the challenge.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to keep under controll all aspect of the sales process.
If a user would be replaced or out, a quik replacement would be very easy and efficient, therefore customer journey would have a smooth continuation.

I like the security checks we have to do periodically and the fact we are able to tailor each category to our organizational needs

The lack of diversity with HubSpot courses.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub makes simple keeping track of the busines meetings that our team needs to conduct. It also provides various tools for follow up. These capabilities make our sales process seamless.

There is nothing specific to mentione here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our respones to customers much better than before. This allows us to be more effective with a less number of human hours.
Hubspot is a great tool for scaling businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy way to create a ticketing system for your business, internal or external, on an existing software. We use countless forms for processing throughout the sales process and the landing pages are an easy way to increase your website without having to be a coder.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit of a learning curb, but with the new Breeze AI, it's a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving us a central location for internal support tickets outside of IT applications.
Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and it's integrated into Gmail for quick data entry of records.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy to create dashboards and reports that are as robust as SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use it for that purpose.

It is very user-friendly, I find everything in the CMS.

Hmmm TBH, I didn't find it any difficulty while using it.

Hmmm, I am using Hubspot CMS to manage a website and I am easily able to navigate to all the feature of the website which saves my time. so yeah it is time saving and user friendly.
User friendly, almost no bugs
What do you like best about the product?
You can have everything in just one platform, no need for more accounts or websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little complicated to trace a bug

First it does help to have everything in just one place, you can trace leads, create deals and report dashboards depending the status on every contact.
Excited to Implement HubSpot After Training
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an amazing system that helps service a client. Everything is put into one system instead of using multiple systems. The checklist is my favorite because I like to be organized in terms of helping clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of HubSpot Service Hub is the lengthy password recovery process. The 2-factor authentication to recover or log in to an account can take up to 3 days, which can be frustrating when quick access is needed. This delay could definitely be improved for a smoother experience.

HubSpot Service Hub solves the problem of managing customer inquiries across multiple channels by centralizing everything in one platform.
Customization is top tier!
What do you like best about the product?
By far my favorite aspect of Hubspot is the flexibility of customization. So far with every idea that I've had in terms of customizing my layout or creating cards or really anything, I've been able to do so because the customization tools are simple to use and to understand. The help and support articles are also fantastic. All of my questions so far have been answered. I find using Hubspot very easy and seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sincerely, for the moment I don't have any criticism of improvement. Just keep it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organinzing my workload. I very much appreciate all the filters and views that I can enable to rearrange my work load to my liking.
Ensuring all components align correctly
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a comprehensive tool for organizing client contacts, source information, and communication. It has a plethora of fields useful for sorting and filtering client data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time and time again, we lose in-progress emails to clients just by accidentally clicking away from the active window. It's a huge frustration and poor use of time to recompose each email as our staff multitasks in HubSpot. A better draft system is needed to lock popup window content.
