I don't like how the leads list is set up and how not user friendly it is.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a user-friendly software that makes client management and document storage / tracking easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is helpful to have team members that are experts in HubSpot to provide initial training. May be difficult to initially understand all capabilities of the software without proper training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single software for client service management, allows team to track client status and communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is good, just need to adapt it to how you work with is. A lot to see, but i guess like all good CRM. Takes times to make it custom and have a easier adaptation for th teams durint the implementation phase.
One you know how it work, it is easy to use. As a sales i use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the research bar could be more intelligent. Even if you just did an update, when there is duplicate it can be hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have all the informations in the same place, easy to see and to get access for all.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent CRM with powerful analytics, ease of use and an excellent mobile app. Great with app integrations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is really on the user. How you establish and manage your data is foundational. No real downsides to report thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is managing our customer data as well sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The service hub is a great method of centralizing all customer issues so my team can efficiently track and respond to all concerns. The platform is easy to use once you get the basics down pat, and allows me to assign tasks to my team without back and forth communication. Customers can then track the status of their own tickets, and see what we are working on in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only prevalent issue so far in the HubSpot Service Hub is sometimes conversations seem to get lost when merging tickets or become more difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub solves my issue of assigning tickets between team members and allowing us all to provide feedback for our areas of specialty. It is helpful to organize issues from customers/clients and keep track of a history for each item so we can use past work to influence current decisions.

We had quite a few problems in the managing permission side of things

What do you like best about the product?
There are many features on the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is very messy. Too much information is given at a time. It also feels sluggish because of the many things on the screen.

The difficulty of managing leads and customers

What do you like best about the product?
Embedded within HubSpot so no integration is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost per seat is much higher than any other CS platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standard CS platform that is about the same as most others, except this is within the HubSpot CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM is solid. Emails are updated quickly into tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can remove features that you are using, under contract, so you end up paying the same price but can do less.

And they don't have any sympathy for it either.

Also, if you want to automate your workflow to email your customer automatically, you have to pay for the marketing add on which starts from $1200 AUD per month.
