HubSpot Service Hub is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
It’s user-friendly, powerful, and easy to implement and adapt to.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the configurations and settings can feel a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines all our customer service channels into one centralized platform, offering transparency and ease of use for our team. Additionally, it helps us monitor and measure our performance effectively.
Generally quite a good experience overall
What do you like best about the product?
Quite helpful staff and generally quite an intuitive platform to be using - will be keen to explore more features in the near future!
What do you dislike about the product?
Support staff are not very friendly in terms of assisting with the matters.

Rights issues in relation to accessing certain functionalities
HubSpot Service Hub - User friendly and easy to stand up
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub stood out for us as it has been easy to set up, very user friendly as we introduce it to team members who will be using it every day, and it has the functionality you would expect from a CRM and much more. Setting up automations to save our team members time in their daily workflows has been very straigthforward and all of the available resources online / through HubSpot customer support have helped us feel confident in what we are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very much do dislike to be honest. There are a couple minor functionalites that are "nice to haves" that are not available to our team. But otherwise, so far a very positive experience with Service Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Hub is helping us optimize daily workflows for our team members, saving them time and helping our business be much more efficient. Service Hub is allowing us to manage our client list in one place, automate workflows, and improve outreach. All while getting to leverage some key integrations like DocuSign.
A great CRM Service
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make it malleable and applicable to business needs. It is very flexible

Honestly, not too much maybe the marginally slow time to reflect updates or refresh

Small questions that require little or no effort to understand
Feature-rich but with a moderately steep learning curve

August 2025: A new feature when importing contacts is that you can correct errors right in the import dialog; no need to correct and re-upload a .csv file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keep working on the still too-steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to set up keyword based chatflows to surface answers to common questions—without the need for our staff to interact with those tickets directly.

It has helped our company increase response and positivity rate with customer service. HubSpot Service Hub is a intuitive and easy process to learn. We had no issues when implementing into our day to day.

Sometimes the software can be slow and take some time to respond to actions.

Really easy to use and integrate into our day to day. We have seen an uptick and increase in positive customer reviews after a ticket is completed.

Would love to see more training opportunities to increase efficiencies

It allows for easily accessible customer service portal
HubSpot is a very good CRM which helps me to manage my customer database very well.
What do you like best about the product?
It can record my job performance such as calling my customers directly from HubSpot which is connected to my cellphone whereas I do not need to touch my cell phone.

The search options need to include more fields than they do now.

A Product Designed for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Service Hub is the Knowledge Base to have quick and easy access to documentation for common scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful about HubSpot is having limited uses for Service Hub for internal use as we do not use HubSpot for customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping provide information to managers regarding work that has completed in the tickets. HubSpot also serves as a database of vendor information, and we are hoping to use this information in more integrations.
