HelpDesk easily trades blows with ZenDesk (I’ve implemented both) and is still rapidly innovating!
What do you like best about the product?
The team loves customer feedback and in just 12 months has built a phenomenal product that trades blows with ZenDesk. They're still rapidly innovating!
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently comments and notes are separate and you can't see notes on HelpDesk threads. Having said that the team has a feature currently in the works to resolve this 100% :)

Perfectly integrated with other hubs and this made perfectly sense and it is more fast to finalize projects.

Migrating from other platforms such as zendesk can be tricky

What do you like best about the product?
Before service hub we had a number of issues with agents failing to remember to follow up with clients but sales hub makes it easy for them to create tasks and manage things on their own. We absolutely love it
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I search by open or closed there is no option for waiting on customer or waiting on us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly things falling through cracks. It's helped that a lot. Also love the calendar and meetings link

What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE that it completes the customer record in HubSpot and provides total transparency for all teams. Service hub is the icing on your CRM cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like if you were able to dedicate certain ticket pipelines to Help Desk and exclude others. This is a minor issue but would be a big win!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service hub brings data and customer information into an already powerful CRM. The biggest benefit is the data transparency with the Smart CRM. All HubSpot users are able to see the complete customer profile, from lead to prospect to customer.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot services is the best way to have your team connected to all the history from a client, to the moment that they first connect with you to the point they need support. All information is there and you can use it to improve customer service to an amazing level
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot think of anything right now. Servicr hub has been a great tool to all the clients i've implemented it for. What would be nice to have is a eay to block ticket's edditing after a certain point of the tickets pipeline.

Hubspot makes it easy to receive, classify and manage customer support. Tickets are my favourite tool, and it is life changing once setup right

When things got confusing as we switched over the website to be hosted in Hubspot. The team was helpful in making it as smooth as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The service hub is one of the most intuitive that I have used. They really have thought of a possible solution for almost any issue. Services were attentive and made sure to check in even after the problem or question was resolved.

I enjoy how user friendly it is! It is easy to utilize all around

I can easily have my questions answered once I reach out or land on the help desk.
