Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The ease customer service has to helping customers and how fast it is to see everything in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Email box doesn't sync back outlook to move/delete emails.

The thing i like and use the most are tickets. It helps us to improve and also to have a helthiest crm

The duplicate contact tools are very límited and it doesnt help a lot. Even the enterprise features. It's a real pain to look at all they contactos to find out if we can combine them or not

This is a very powerful tool to create quick, insightful, powerful interactions with customers. Enables a service team to handle things quickly and effectively.

Nothing. I genuinely love it! It truly is powerful.

They finally fixed the UI to force people to complete required fields before proceeding

Lack of transactional email options and a limited styling option on the email and survey pages. It’s very limited in what you can do.
