Great Customer Servicing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how well Service hub intergrates with the other tools of Hubspot and how easy our Customer Support agents are to pickup working with it. The recently released helpdesk workspace has been a major improvement in managing tickets and conversations with out customers. To have Marketing, Sales and Customer Service in one tool has been a great benefit for our company and increased our customer support. The easy access to knowledge abse and snippets ensures that our customer support team is consitent in their communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to include dedicated ticket numbers in the subject of all incoming tickets. This would make tracking easier than the current system, where we have to search on the contact card or within tickets. It would also help distinguish multiple conversations with the same customer. This way of working can sometimes be confusing for our customer support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the primary issues Service Hub addresses is the need for a centralized platform to manage customer interactions across multiple channels. By consolidating all customer conversations, whether they occur via email, chat, phone, or social media, into a single inbox, Service Hub enables our team to have a comprehensive view of each customer's history and context. This centralization has significantly improved our ability to provide consistent, informed, and personalized support to our customers, regardless of how they choose to reach out to us.
Great and gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple elements all in one hub. Customer data base, emails, sales/leads data, all in order and quantified.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email search bar is a little lacking, a kit lacking actually! Not very smart at searching and lacks the power to search within email attachments or attachment file names. With this added hubspot would be a powerful 10 star score
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all the data, specifically client data and email in one spot.
HubSpot works well, some difficulties remain
What do you like best about the product?
Its quite flexible, the ticketing system works well for what we needed at the time we purchased. We were also able to get a portal set up and running in minutes after spending months with no success on another product
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard sometimes to make it work the way we need for B2B. It's less about contacts than companies for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
emails are automatically creating tickets, although, that's becoming a bit messy,
Work flow simplified
What do you like best about the product?
After working with homegrown systems for years and years, it is a breath of fresh air to work with hubspot. Everything is intuitive and user friendly. I also like that our admins can update the workflows as we go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are so many features that it can be difficult to remember where everything lives. It comes with time though.

Hubspot has all the resources I need to keep track of my marketing efforts. I particulary like the link to my email which notifies me of any email activity form my database.

From time to time my inbound dialer link shuts down,

I like being able to view my recent contactact information and customer interaction from one screen
AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT
What do you like best about the product?
I want to commend the customer support team for their exceptional service. Whenever I call in with an issue, the hold times are remarkably reasonable. The support team consistently takes the necessary time to ensure my issues are fully resolved, and I never feel rushed during our interactions. Their dedication and professionalism are truly appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the detailed articles provided, but I have a suggestion that might enhance their usefulness. I personally find video examples extremely helpful for following step-by-step instructions. Including more video content alongside the written steps could greatly benefit users like myself. I understand this is a personal preference, but I believe it could improve the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot as a CRM.
It was set up by our tech team a long time ago, and our needs have shifted but we have not been able to update our use case, so it is not providing everything that we need right now, we have a new CTO coming in soon and hopefully we will be able to make the nessassary updates.

The user-friendly interface made it easy to navigate through the platform, and the comprehensive features allowed us to streamline our processes efficiently. The ability to track leads, analyze data, and create personalized campaigns has significantly improved our marketing efforts and overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the ability to write notes for a call while doing other tasks for a given contact/company - really makes the process of writing the actual notes a lot easier. Also, the ability to integrate HubSpot with email clients such as Gmail is a game-changer, and has allowed me to really boost my productivity when sending/receiving emails from potential leads. That's why I use HubSpot all the time - the UI is great, and the ability to integrate it with other platforms is a massive bonus. Thank you!

Nothing - I'll continue to use HubSpot Service Hub for as long as I need it. Thank you so much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to make calls to prospective leads, as well as receive calls from leads, very easily, and then write those notes so that the calls are attached to a given company/contact. It really makes the basic administrative tasks of an Appointment Setter a whole lot easier, and I wouldn't change it for anything. Thank you!
