Been using hubspot as a ticket system works great
What do you like best about the product?
How it sorts the tickets for us so we dont miss anything

can be a little hard to use at the start but after a day or 2 its pretty easy

Hubspot is a great CRM tool for all of the business requirements.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Provides Many Services Like, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Sales, Accouting and other Customer Management services which are really handy for any business process. I would like to add one more thing about the support of Hubspot Customer Support they really helpful people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is not a thing which easily understandable for beginners, but yes It Can very useful if you understand and learn the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It giving multiple tools and services in one place which is a plus point for being more effecient in all business operations.
Easy and fast CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and it has all the tools needed (chat, email, SMS, and phone call).
What do you dislike about the product?
It's lagging when I am using my Macbook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with customers. I am able to communicate now using hubspot.
Hubspot is very work efficient and reliable

I like it how every thing I do for my work saves it and it's so easy to pass the deals to other team mates.

It's very helpful for our task. Specially as a customer service representative. I just have to open 1 tab and I will gather all the information I needed.
Easy to use for startups

Inbox management, deal management and process docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
limited marketing contacts available, flows can be hard to set up.

I have used a lot of CRM tools before but this is very easy to use and innovative. I like the conversation section!

It lags sometimes. It loads like forever sometimes but happens seldom

It is easy to use. Whatever they implement in our department it is easy to adjust.
Great and intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
The snippets help us save a great deal of time. Also, having the posibilty of centralize all of the interactions in one place allows us to have the traceability that is needed in case of disputes or just to know how to implement our customer loyalty plans. The AI bot is a game changer, as a company that is scaling up, it help us improve the cost optimization as support agents can focus on more complex tasks and create automation flows to improve operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
AIt would be nice to have the possibility to change color of a conversation in the Inbox to associate to an agent.
Also, it would be great to have the flexibilty of using as data source the our custom datasets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save time by having the chat flow gather all the information needed to solve issues as quickly as possible. In terms of scalability, it is also great because while a user is interacting with the bot, it gives customer service representatives time to have real-time conversations with other users who have more complex issues that need human intervention.

It helps to simplify the customer service processes and enables easy collaboration with other teams, which is essential for a software company

Reporting should be more flexible to allow data professionals to customize dashboards to customer preferences
