Hubspot Service Hub - Easy to use but limitations in automation

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we have 140+ users for the service hub and previously we are are using saleforce but salesforce is not much flexible for automation and customisation. Also cost wise sales force is 3 time greater thats why hubspot service hub covers all our requirements
Reliable and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting functionality is incredible from a team leader's perspective! Also the ability for agents to create tickets for our many pipelines and rolls is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love snapshots of data from previous time states. I wanted to view how many days behind we were in tickets from a couple of weeks ago and this wasn't possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and ticket enquiry solving.

What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to use and has all the tools that you need. You can email pt's or call them whichever you prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filters are sometimes hard to use can cause confusions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to act fast, I can just call the pt and I can resolve the problem immediately.
Hubspot Service Hub is an easy to use CRM tool and has all the tools you'd need
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot service has a ton of great features, it makes adding contacts a breeze, keeping track of clients and businesses, setting alerts and tasks, coordinating with team members on projects and logging communication a breeze. I really love the SMS features on phone and the Outlook integration. This is one of the main tools I use on a daily basis, it simplifies many of my jobs and I never really run into any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't run into any problems using Hubspot. There's a bit of a learning curve and you have to explore a bit to find every feature, just because there are so many. Their "classes" seem okay, but they're not really my style. I would prefer quicker tooltips and guides if anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps records of conversations, visits and tasks as well as business and individuals contacts neat and tidy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Service Hub is thateverything you need is already in there. Very datailed, I like how the timeline works, reminders, tasks, notes and bookmarkfeatures. With these kind of features in HubSpot it helps us a lot to be more effective in our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Service Hub is that it does not have a personal calendar. It would be nice if that feature will be added so we can keep track. aside from tasks reminder I think adding calendar would be great!

Time is very important when we are assisting or customer. And HubSpot really helped us bigtime in being efficient.
EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to find my tickets and emils that are only meant for me. It's layout is easy to navigate and its attractive to look at

Can't think of anything, I enjoy everything about it

It helps with people not tripping over each other and clarifying what belongs to each person

What do you like best about the product?
the tickets feature, so we can track between CS and Engineering and how I can even call thru HS via the mobile app. Also love the customer service I have received

at first it was a little overwhelming but after use it got easier

helping us stay connected with our customers and know they are being taken care of without losing any one tru the cracks

Amazing tool to keep track of customer tickets to ensure nothing gets missed.

Would like a more streamlined ticketing system. Takes some time to figure out how to use it well.

Doin' it for the Gift Card!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hubspot has multiple features that work hand-in-hand with one another, such as the Knowledge Hub, Quotes/Proposals, and the CRM. I see the value in being able to put all our eggs in Hubspot and manage different parts of our client relationship through 1 single platform.
I also like the Hubspot Proposal services and the ability to build a product library and payment schedules!

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the downsides of Hubspot Service Hub is the lack of customizability at times. For example, the Survey lacks the ability for my team to brand it in our own style, much like the Knowledge Hub or Proposal area.
My team currently uses Typeform and Qwilr to build forms, proposals, and insertion orders, and those platforms currently provide a wider range of aesthetic customizations. If Hubspot were to expand their repertoire of UX customizations, then I think our team may reconsider transitioning to Hubspot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Tracking and Logging Conversations. My team is huge on communication transparency, so this has helped my Management team feel a lot more at ease when it comes to CRMs and understanding where conversations are left off in case an Account Manager takes a sick day or the team experiences turnover.
Really the Best of the Best
What do you like best about the product?
it is always easy to navigate and find the needed information. Placement of the features are perfect. The help desk is alwasy there for me love that too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slow but may be the conection here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use being able to go to the page without searching for it. It makes my job faster and easier.
