What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can follow internal and external communications as well as tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were increased layers of customization and more explaination when new features are released.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having all my data in one area. Information silos are a huge issue with many growing companies and Hubspot lets us avoid that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the learning curve can be a bit steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized customer service support with everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot daily at work for our ticketing system. I feel like it is super user friendly and was easy to learn coming from a completely different ticketing system. I also really like the reporting abilities. There is SO much data that can be reported on. It makes my job easier and more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the ticketing system was a bit more intuitive. A bit more like Zendesk so that when the ticket is closed, it's closed and doesn't sit around in a folder. I also wish the search function was better. I'd like to be able to search for keywords that are in old tickets to help find common answers to common troubleshooting questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our ticketing system. We are able to use it as our CRM as well as keep all customer communications within one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have visibiilty into all the activities our team is working on without having to ask my collegues about the status of a deal, contact and I can proactively follow up. It's also a great marketing tool, easy to set up lists, create custom fields and automations. It's very easy to implement and use, I like the features which don't require technical/developer knowledge to execute. Love all the integrations that are possible with different apps that save ton of time. When creating an account I love that it autopopulates company information with just the website URL, saving us time on researching information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that require upgrades to utilize, I think it's fair but it can become annoying, for example when I want to bulk cleanup duplicates, I'm already on a paid version and I need to upgrade to get that bulk feature. I use Hubspot with three clients as a virtual assistant and run into this upgrade requests frequently. I don't love the report features on the basic version because the reports available are very basic and don't really provide relevant information. There are some fields that don't allow me to create property logic, that aren't supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to have an easy way to help the customer reach us in case they are having technical difficulties in using our products. Saving us time and money in having to implement different software and helping us keep track of the open tickets and solving as soon as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use for the live chat feature and that it lets me know where on the website someone is chatting me from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to track unknown visitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our users often struggle with accessing their account and resetting their password or have questions they need immediate answers to, the live chat allows us to instantly assist them.

What do you like best about the product?
It's been great being able to easily use the service hub. It's been an ease of implementation throughout the months. There are a number of features that I frequently use Hubspot for the company I work for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much of what to improve; it's been a positive experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to solve customer support questions through Hubspot Inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to view the data in our CRM records used by BD and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to hide our reps' names. We had to change their name in the database as "Customer Support 1" and "Customer Support 2" so that people couldnt see their names
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to view all data in one place for all of our team. Ability to adjust workflows. Ability to let multiple users view the inbox

It's great to use for managing thousands of clients and collaborating together in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's too many levels of permission for each feature, lot of back and forth to see one detail about a deal.

Keeping track of thousands of deals and clients - easy to look up information and details about a store or deal.
