Product Support Experience with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow automations have greatly improved the efficiency of our support team. Reports and dashboards are an indispensable part of our operation. They are quick and easy to implement and we use this tool daily. Easy to learn and train new team members on HubSpot's features. Easily integrates with our other business apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that can't be solved through some custom code. If I have a question, customer support has always provided a satisfactory answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to integrate the operations of different departments, from marketing to sales to support, all in one platform that is easy for everyone to understand. Lots of customization options to meet each team's needs.
Amazing how they can provide an accurate solution and even follow-up with you on time.
What do you like best about the product?
They can follow up with me on time whenever they need to check further the issue. I can also contact them by phone for any feature questions. I can easily access the HS Service Hub whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I find HubSpot Service Hub overall very useful, one aspect that I find challenging is the complexity of setting up and customizing certain features. Sometimes, it can feel a bit overwhelming navigating through the various options and configurations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and Workflow Optimization: HubSpot Service Hub offers automation features that help streamline repetitive tasks and workflows. By automating certain processes, we can save time and resources, allowing our team to focus on more value-added activities.
Very simple yet so effective to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The format of hubspot makes it easier to read the page and the ability to move tickets around to various sections and being able to include notes and send emails as well as receiving notifications makes work so much easier

There's nothing I dislike about hubspot. I feel everything as of now is up to scratch.

I'm unware of any current problems with service hub which is being solved

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Service Hub has transformed our sales operations. The intuitive ticketing system, comprehensive knowledge base, and powerful analytics have streamlined our processes and empowered my team to guide new sales leads to happy customers. The features for online chat have been amazing and we rely on this tool every day to connect with new leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Hubspot can be challenging at first but their customer support and online community have been helpful to understand how to set up new workflows, integrations and process. I am excited to continue to learn and develop my skills.

It is key for my team to be available through many communication channels like email and online chat. Hubspot helps the team stay organised, create automatic tasks to follow up and guide sales leads to happy customers.
Great CRM for any Business
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Service Hub has been an incredible tool in maintaining our client database while offering many features to help us in our day to day tasks. It is easy to use and the customer support combined with the self-service help tools have made it very accessible when I need anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any downsides at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need one space that is our source of truth and houses all of our customer/client information. The integrations with Gmail and PandaDoc have been amazing to bring information over so we have one central spot to view the customer from pre-sale to ongoing customer.
Plenty of features for any type of business
What do you like best about the product?
The automations in sequences has been a god sent to us. It has saved us a huge amount of time admin wise and ensured that we met our recent deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot offers a huge amount of features, this is amazing. It can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming so I'd suggest that you look at the training modules to get an understanding on what they all do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Admin work in general.
As a small team with a large client base- the email sequences has been amazing. The contact/comoany profiles are also great and cover all the detail that you need.

user friendly but not very flexible

the fact that HubSpot Service Hub is already integrated with our CRM makes things easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
the templates and design flexibility are lacking.

we needed a self-serve option to alleviate the strain on our customer support department, and a way to drive qualified, high intent organic traffic.

The knowledge base is nicely fledged and helpful. Hubspot is user friendly and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the way it is organize and how you can drill different options depending on the category is awesome. You don't only have a CRM to track your tasks but also has a place where you can literally do anything you need within your business. I also love the customer support team, I've contacted them quite times and they resolve the issue in a great timely manner way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think it is great. I only have something to request, to make some templates on the knowledge base avalable and have more options on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to optimize the time we spend on tracking task, integrating systems to feed a webpage.

I've got no qualms with HubSpot Service Hub. Its so user-friendly, a dependable knowledge base, robust service provider with fantastic support. Tops!
