What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an all-in-one marketing, sales, and customer service platform. It's known for its user-friendly interface, robust features, and seamless integration of various tools. Businesses appreciate its ability to streamline processes, manage customer relationships effectively, and analyze performance through its analytics. However, some users find it pricey, especially for smaller businesses, and there might be a learning curve for beginners. Liking Service Hub So Far, But Needs Some Better Support Functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Love that it connects our sales and service side of the org. everything is together. Love the aided feedback mechanims for surveying customers and users + data/dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of calling functionality on the service side. We weren't told this didn't exist when we moved away from Zendesk (who has this) and we had to go through an entire vendor due dilligence process to find a call vendor + it was more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise feedback mech, CX support and service, internal ticketing

Easy use and integration

What do you like best about the product?
A plethora of features and ease of use are standouts. It was incredibly easy to integrate the features I needed. Our most used feature was the feedback surveys, this feature was mildly customizable but still easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu items are a bit messy, but still manageable to navigate. There could be more customizability for the feedback surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to receive feedback from customers and understanding the usability of our website.

What do you like best about the product?
The data it's easy to find and to update. The UI it's nice and very intuitive. The Integration was easy with ChurnZero. I use it on a daily basis to manage our customer's information and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good !!! Nothing that I dislike.

To have all the data available in just one place

What do you like best about the product?
I've managed several CRM programs as an admin, and HubSpot is my top choice. It offers a prompt support crew, an excellent knowledge base, and ease of use. The adaptability of HubSpot in the areas of sales, marketing, and customer success is revolutionary. I couldn't perform my job without it; I rely on it every day. Meetings may be easily logged into HubSpot records thanks to pre-built interfaces and workflows, which are invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much is wrong with it, however, scheduling automated emails and adding a team member to the customers field is a feature I'm looking forward to. I'm hopeful that this improvement will be made available shortly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Hub helps us keep all customer messages in one place, making it easier for us to reply to questions, handle issues, and listen to feedback. It keeps our communication clear and consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quickly support is provided, and quickly they are able to provide awnsers to any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any complaints. To me as auser it is importaint to feel heard and supported and Hubspot always provides that. Thank you!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped me with lots of different issues but one of the biggest has been support on how to create a knowladge base. Timely support was very important here as I was working to create more support for our clients. Hubsport support directly helped me create better support for my companies clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been thoroughly pleased with hubspot's responsiveness over customer support, ability to build out tracking dashboards, integrations for notification settings, and speed of emails sent and received.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customization options, and that there was a dark mode

Our main use for HubSpot is organizing and assigning received emails
