Best Ever Experience as CRM Software of Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
It gives us analytics and dashboard of performance of an individual employees that are very helpful. Hubspot provide all the dashboards and services to us
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigations of the product is not so user friendly. We struggle to set things and access rights to employees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day activities are managed by Hubspot like Task assigning to employees and have the graphical representation of Dashboards.
Switched to HubSpot from Zendesk and never looked back!
What do you like best about the product?
As a user, HubSpot is simple to use, easy to implement and customise. It has simplified our sales/renewals process and the knowledge base has been a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one thing that I don't like about HubSpot :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our renewals process, ensuring that customers are contacted in a timely manner before their subscription ends and no renewals are missed.
Extremely Effective and simple to understand
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see EVERYTHING! noone can hide! no information goes unnoticed. no stone is left unturned. perfect for managing a team and running an organization. it was implemented very easily for everyday use. has a vast amount of features and was easily integrated into our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
a little clunky sometimes. maybe needs more optimization with google chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our customers reach out and receive organized prompt responses and tracking all details of their account
Infomarmation are all over the places, too many clicks to open pages

You get use to it after using it, but I liked Zendesk more for example

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has recently rolled out a significant update to its Service Hub, fundamentally transforming it into a more proactive, AI-powered and it is very cool, and unified platform for customer service and success. The enhancements are geared towards not just resolving customer issues efficiently but also fostering long-term customer relationships and turning service teams into revenue drivers. Here are some of the most impressive new features that are catching our attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having everything in one place can also be its most daunting feature when you're first starting. Seeing the full suite of tools for marketing, sales, customer service, and operations all at once can certainly feel overwhelming, and it's easy to get "lost in translation" trying to figure out how all the pieces fit together for your specific needs. A focus on customer onboarding and educating customers on how to maximise their investment should be implemeted

HubSpot Service Hub addresses several common challenges in customer service and support. It helps businesses centralize their customer interactions, streamline communication, and manage support tickets efficiently.
Thorough and Personalizable
What do you like best about the product?
From a sales perspective or a Custome Rep perspective, there is something for everyone. I like the versitile nature, the personalization, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overlapping features can cause confusion where to perform a task. The personalization can be time consuming and cause issues before resolutions occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication and connecting customers to agents across departments for multiple sales leads.
Hubspot provides a solid platform to provide support to our customers.
What do you like best about the product?
The close coupling with Hubspot CRM allows us to quickly access our customer contacts, and to monitor customer satifaction with ease. With built in surveys that measure CES and Satifaction, you know what to focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the integrations are not fully developed. Certain data elements (contact and company properties) are not available in the ticket workflows. This can cause unnecessary 'workflow chaining'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup we did not have a helpdesk/customer service platform. Hubspot was a low effort great fit.
Good CRM Solution, still room for improvement

They continue to improve the interface making it very easy and user-friendly

Keep making small improvements every year
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using for sending emails but we are hoping to get our Post Purchase Survey system working by End Of Year and hopefully that'd improve response rate
Great email organization.
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot daily to manage my emails. I like that you can organize them as tickets, with columns, keep them open in your inbox if you're not done with them yet, and close them when you're done and they disappear from your inbox. I really like how you can manage your email and even create tags that remind you if you need to follow up with someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have found anything I've disliked yet.

Help me keep up with my emails and remind me to follow up.

Hubpot is very easy to use and is always innovating and creating amazing new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very often I try to do things that are not yet possible on hubspot.
