What do you like best about the product?
Hubpot is very easy to use and is always innovating and creating amazing new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very often I try to do things that are not yet possible on hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for tracking purposes, has great customer support and can be integrated with other products easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better task management tool within Hubspot so all of our data, deals, tickets can be in the same spot as our tasks

Data tracking and visually being able to track your deal stages and extracting the data from that

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Service Hub is that it is fully integrated with the Marketing Hub so we can easily create new contacts and updated existing contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience HubSpot Service Hub could be a little more user friendly. It is not difficult to use but a lot of the customization options can be difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Service Hub makes it relatively easy to create customer service surveys so we can received feedback from our core audience.

The help guides are useful to figure out the full capabillities of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new menu's are very difficult to navigate, they aren't in the place you think they would be and it just takes a bunch of extra time navigating to find what I am looking for. also a dark version of the software would be great

It keeps all of our client info in 1 spot and allows us to track all of our feature requests to see trends and potential pain points with our customers

Easy to use platform for managing tickets

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to communicate with clients through the platform. I am able to use it on a daily basis, several times a day. Our company also uses it to implement clients into our system, which is carried through effective communication. There are numerous features I use with HubSpot, such as the service tickets through various channels, as well as the tasks. These tasks allow for me to stay on top of my daily and weekly tasks. I am able to provide smooth customer support to my clients through the use of the tickets. Finally, it was easy to learn how to integrate clients as well as myself into using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a while for certain companies to be automatically assigned to me. It would be easier if the system picked up on company owners more frequently, or at an accelerated rate. Also, I would prefer if there was a setting on tickets that would allow for me to choose whether service tickets were re-opened or not when receiving a response, or a potential filter that let the ticket stay closed if only a "thank you" message was received. Other than that, I quite enjoy the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem that emails may have through client interaction, since numerous individuals are able to interact with clients on the platform. It keeps the emails in a tidy chain, which makes it easy to follow with different steps of problem solving with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been an admin in different CRM software, and HubSpot is hands down my favorite. It's a breeze to pick up and super user-friendly. The knowledge base resource center is top-notch, and the support team is always quick to help out.

What I love about HubSpot is its versatility. It covers Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success seamlessly. I use it every day, and honestly, I couldn't do my job without it. Without HubSpot, I'd be drowning in spreadsheets, sending emails manually all day. The workflows are a lifesaver, making admin work way less of a headache.

Also really enjoy the pre-built integrations with other software. Super useful for when I run meetings to have them automatically log to HubSpot records.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike. I wish that I could schedule automated emails & include a team member in the Cc field, but hopefully that will come soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves issues with collaboration. Our entire team has visibility into leads and customers (with the proper permissions enabled) and can collaborate with one another on them. It stores historical data, like conversations, meetings and emails, notes, etc, so we never have to worry about customer history being lost. It automates a ton of repetitive tasks, enables marketing, and helps us all stay organized and on track via pipelines, dashboards, reports, and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot service allows to store numerous contact (internal and external) in one place. It also allows for easy communication and task tracking. The amount of features is extensive, although all features might not be used in one role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not very user-friendly, especially for first-time users. It is easy to get lost in all the tabs and features, and the amount of data can be overwhelming. Additonally, some details are not handy (e.g. a new message isn't displayed when hovering over the ticket, only the initial response is seen).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows to navigate the stream of communication smoothly, keeeping all the communcation in one place and allowing to go back to it. It is usually time-consuming to track all email addresses and to keep on top of clients', colleagues', and third party emails. With HubSpot, it is easy to find a desired user. Additionally, it is benefitial to have a shared inbox and to be able to access shared activity.
