Hubspot is my first CRM and it was a little overwhelming at first but I'm really confident in it now

What do you like best about the product?
the customer support chat I really like, it's been really helpful for me when I can't figure how to change my workflows to make them do what I want
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the layout wouldn't change so often, I had gotten really comfortable in how workflows worked but now there are so many more menus that I feel I have to memorieze/relearn again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of who is spoken to about what, what services they've had, what kind of support they've had in the past
notes about special customers or special situations have been helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot Service Hub offers comprehensive tutorials that help me understand and use the platform effectively. It efficiently compiles all deal information in one place, streamlining my workflow and making it easy to manage renewals. I also find the deals, tickets, and automated emails features extremely useful, which enhance my daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the system not working as intuitively as I would like, especially in the area of customer success. I wish the customer success portal would continue to improve, as it's not where I want it to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Service Hub to consolidate all deal information, simplify tracking, ensure easy access for colleagues, and improve workflow efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I use the service up to set up and manage customer feedback surveys, ticket pipelines for onboarding and issue resolution and our knowlege hub. It's intuitive and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating that what feel like basic features are included in a professional operations hub and there is a lack of customer onboarding-specific functionality, although i appreciate there are integrations available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment, primarily visibility and infracture for setting up basics like surveys and pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the automations and workflows you can create from Hubspot. They are super helpful for sending Whatsapp and emails to marketinc contacts.

Customer support are super helpful and reply quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to search for customers/conversations via the Inbox - basically no search function for this. I'd be great if you could search by the name.

Integration is good between Slack and Looker. We use these functions a lot within our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful with questions I have around workflows and automations.

What do you like best about the product?
I can see full client history throughout our entitites
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still receiving our sales emails that go out from HS in our AP Service Pipeline SPAM instead of in our unassigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any issue we may have had, they have either been able to fix or educate us on why it is happening.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Service Hub allows all departments to have access to what is going on within the organization. Sales, Client Success, Service Delivery, and the Product team all have access to the customers in our database, as well as any project updates, integrations, and more. It allows us to more easily see how things are going on an operational level, as well as with a more granular view on an account level. The automation has made our workflows nearly seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few tweaks I would make in regard to fields that may or may not be editible. I have found sometimes I need to flip back and forth between a company record and a task to get all of the information I need, which can be frustrating. We are in the process of building out a variety of dashboards to help with specific views and data we'd like to see in one place, so this is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote team, and so being able to keep everyone accountable as well as informed has been a game changer. The automations and workflows we have been able to build in HubSpot is the most advanced I have ever seen. We have been able to almostly completely move away from spreadsheets and manual data entry, so our information is more accurate and timely.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using it for ticket support and sequences a lot. It saves so much time and we can easily keep track of everything. We also use surveys and have been collecting information we didn't have before.

We now have accurate reports of the overall customer support experience and know the areas we need to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact selection and actualization have been a pain.

We have over 40 contacts per company and different departments that work with each. Our main issue has been separating and updating these contacts per department so we can create different sequences.

It often seems to be all of nothing when it comes to contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve our overall customer experience, so with the conversational support and the way we can classify the tickets and create reports, we have been able to build words and focus on the areas of our customer service and our product that we need to change.
