Game Changer for the day to day operations

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it very easy for me to stay organized with my daily tasks. Very simple to navigate and the search feature makes everything quickly accessible. It has made it very easy for our support and sales teams to keep eachother up to date on both existing client accounts and new deals in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ablility to save multiple email signatures. For example, if i'm emailing a client from inside their company profile it will only populate my personal email signature even if i am sending the email from our support address. The only way to get the Support signature is to generate the email out of the conversation inbox. It would be nice if the signature was pulled into an email based on the "FROM" box in the email so when i select support it puts the support signature and when i select my personal inbox it puts my personal signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer duplicating efforts when dealing with a customer inquiry via a shared email inbox. We used to work out of Outlook so there was no way to know who was working which email request. Hubspot allows us to assign emails in the conversation inbox so we know exactly who is working on what. It also allows our staff to take days off without stressing about customer followup. As long as they leave notes on the conversation in the inbox someone will follow up on their behalf when they are away from the office. It has also streamlined the way we pass customers over to our sales team. We can now turn the logging of a simple phone call into a lead on the sales pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
As a startup, we rely on tools to scale our products and services. HubSpot has been instrumental in this regard, providing excellent support in integrating, understanding, and maximizing its features. Their assistance has made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would greatly appreciate having more native integrations with Slack. As a B2B company, this would be incredibly useful for seamless communication. Additionally, having more options in SLA settings would further enhance our operational flexibility. Your consideration of these features would be invaluable to us.

What do you like best about the product?
I did not find anything good compared to other softwares for Customer Service
What do you dislike about the product?
No space to write emails or to read them while writing. The window is way too small and cannot be moved on the screen!
Not possible to write more emails (as drafts) at once!
Full of unuseful features about customers' details that nobody uses
Need to clean up the ergonomics of the interface
Conversations in WhatsApp close in 24 h? How so?
Historic conversations not easy to find
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really giving more problems than solutions by now. Consider it! It is clearly created by somebody that does Not work in Customer Service

Fantastic Value-add for a Small CS Team, but some improvements needed

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has become invaluable in helping our small CS team look after our customers globally. With Sequences, Workflows, and the API (we were able to add in a direct connection to our product and get usage info), it has helped us scale our CS team without having to hire new people. And their support team is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some strange restrictions, especially with workflows. I want to be able to use Association Labels in Workflows, but that functionality isn't there just yet (or if it is it's very difficult to use them).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service Hub has allowed us to scale without adding new employees through automation and shared ticketing. The reporting also helps us identify areas we can improve, and has been a great help.

A simple and organized tool that allows our customer support team to offer our clients great service by enabling us to track tickets, response times and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge base section has minimal layout/design features which may not be in line with our website's theme

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely user friendly and very easy to navigate. Their customer service is very responsive and quick.
