Great CRM Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Hubspot for emailing tracking, tracking tickets between teams, managing employer configurations and account health scores.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI could use some work to be more intuitive and clean
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to manage a large amount of client information

Great out-of-the box solution, but needs more customizability

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and super quick to create basic surveys. Also dashboards are nice and easy to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a number of features I wish I could customize further, like expanding character limits, adjusting titles and other sections, adding other questions to an NPS survey, customizing exact NPS language etc. I understand the idea of creating a standardized solution / sticking to specific NPS wording but I think Hubspot should allow users to work outside of these bounds (but could still give them a warning like "hey this may hurt your performance, do you acknowledge"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to collect NPS and other customer satisfaction information at scale

Easy to Build Knowledge Center

What do you like best about the product?
The Knowledge Center is my favorite tool to built out a full suite of articles on how tos and frequently asked questions for customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Support Portal was tricky to set up and doesn't an easily customizable template for non-coders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping customers self service with Knowedge base articles and also tracking customer support tickets in an efficient manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all the contacts are linked to the accounts, and that there is easy tracking for customer outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the templates don't allow for more organization, such as adding a folder to a folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us as an organization to easily keep track of customer outreach and deal processes.

The practicality of it. I like how you can see what mails are unassigned and what needs your attention.

the layout can be confusing at times but it is a great platform

What do you like best about the product?
Its extremely easy to go figure and customize to the needs of your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations when it comes to the chat bot. It'd be nice to see some AI features in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything in one place, especially if you're already using Hubspot as your CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated ticket connection with Jira, ability to create custom surveys/reviews, and the integration availabilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about it! I hope it scales with us as we grow bigger
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing ticket backlog, reducing manual steps in customer service and help desk, and making it easier to track what issues we have so we can solve them an prevent them

Better Group Inbox Management than Outlook

What do you like best about the product?
My team used to use Outlook as our group inbox solution, and have recently switched to Conversations Inbox and Tickets in Hubspot. This has been a huge help for our organization as the way to track what team members are working on is significantly better than Outlook, but it has the added benefit of being our entire CRM for the context of each ticket, which we don't have if we were to use a separate ticketing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple ways in which the CRM aspect of Hubspot and the ticketing aspect of Hubspot don't seem to interact, for example being able to assign conversations immediately based on contact and company records, or the ability to have manual views that aren't purely based on conversation properties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot's service hub has helped our teams work more efficiently by more clearly identfying who is working on what and not having to work out of two systems for CRM and client context and ticketing closure.

I actually don't have any complaints about Service Hub! I love it!
