What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a game changer for us. It has allowed us to be more efficietnly and more effective externally. Our Customers are kept more informed and weare able to measure, track and analyase how effective our responses to their needs are.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be a little bit sleaker. Otherwise, not much else to report as "disliking"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constent communcation with customers and managing of support ticket workflows.

Hubspot service hub keeps all my contacts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be customized to your needs, as it has a number of tools you can use to create the most appropriate CRM for you.
In customer care, it helps you build a good ticketing system thanks to all its properties, pipelines, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to customize the interface a little better. Also, it would be useful if the ticketing system had some sort of AI to help you categorize the tickets into pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize my daily activity with tickets, tasks, and being able to assign them to my coworkers as well.
It makes me more productive and made me increase my performance and reduce the reply time.

What do you like best about the product?
Customers are the reason companies stay in business so being able to use the service hub to keep a completely transparency customer experience from marketing through service is such a valuable asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for being make to define SLA's. Not being able to use calculated properties on tickets really holds service hub back from its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A transparent customer experience and the ability to manage the data that is being collected from the time a customer converts through the trends in product issues they experience

Hubspot keeps all important information in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Hubsport Service Hub as it keeps all of our company's important customer/marketing/survey information in one place. It is very user friendly (I learnt how to use it within a week or so) and helps me keep track of the various contacts we have within the organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides, but if I were to be picky, I would say I dislike that I can't seem to add more than one contact within the same organisation at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of not knowing if another person from the organisation has contacted a client about a particular topic. This stops us from doubling up and potentially upsetting our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see the all coummincation of a student's account in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using tickets views can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has help us manange out coummincations to our Scholars better. Tracking engagement is easyer.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to connect the areas in the business with the process of the software, it's also our fault that we don't have the process more aligned, but i think that Hubspot could show some success stories, some procedures
What do you dislike about the product?
The independence of it all, like i talked about in the other question, it's hard to have to define all the processes, the automation, the responsibles, train the people, i would love more of a training, or a consult like one or 2 times a month
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The idea of it all it's great, but the lack of customization in the knowledge base and customer space, we would love to have more options in the tickets for our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Our person was attentive, and helpful, and provided the guidance we needed to start implementing a process that can work for our team. They provided detailed instructions and took time to explain anything we didn't understand promptly and with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, I don't have any dissatisfaction with HubSpot Service Hub. They have done such an excellent job solving my issues and even provided a plethora of information to help me and my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to incorporate automation that can help us not miss any inquiries who come in and want to work with us. The automation and workflows help us focus on the relationship with the customer rather than the housekeeping details.

What do you like best about the product?
We mostly use it for payroll tickets. The inbox and the fact that we can house all of our Operations in Hubspot is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I dislike other than sometimes it runs a little slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any issues we produce to our rep, slowness, adding radio buttons to make it easier to manage the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use as To manage the data & lead distribution . Easily can track the leads with segments wise . Also can manage the work efficiently. Also all the data to business store in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes lack , otherwise it's really easy to use to do work & access the thing's easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting the reminder of each lead to do work on time. And also having a easy to use dashboard for all the information.I am more productive after using it as its saves time and which in turn I can provide more work in less time .
